and welcome to today's mitzvah. Today we have a repeat of yesterday's mitzvah. It is the mitzvah positive commandment to make a blessing after we eat. We have you have eaten and you have been satisfied and you shall bless Hashem and thank him for the food. Mentioned yesterday that the first baraka was written actually by Mosher Rabenu. So I will just mention quickly that the second paraka was uh composed and written by who composed the lyrics Yahushua Joshua and in it it is mentioned a thank you to God for bringing us and giving us the land of Israel for freeing us from enslavement and uh for giving us everything that we need spiritually and physically.
