Good. Yumpts.
When he hears a brand new song
reacts, it makes an impact when he hears
a brand new song. Hey guys, today we're
doing another reaction where we sit down
with Benny Freeman to react to another
song from his album. And this one is a
special one, We Want to Sing with You,
which my personal favorite from the
whole album. And so I sit down with
Betty Freeman to react to it. Let's see
how it went.
>> We want to sing with you. Do want to
preference that this is another song
that you sang at the Zaka concert. When
you started with say I thought maybe for
a second you were singing Aan Fred say
and but then it kind of took me on a
journey with the whole song. I I'll let
the clip speak for itself before we get
into it. What what can you tell me about
that song?
>> Um I don't want to give too much away.
You know what I mean? Let's experience
it together. But it's written by Yy
Waldner.
And
>> um it's it's it's something that I like
in the sense that
>> you take a prayer that we pray all the
time, every day, multiple times a day.
>> Yeah.
>> And
add and offer a little bit of a personal
touch, a little bit of a you know what I
mean? A
a tag to uh give it a little bit more of
a personal meaning. I think it's uh I
think it's
a nice touch. I have thoughts and on
what you just said, but I'll let the
clip for it speaks for itself for when I
react to it the first time at the Zaka
concert.
Is this another song? I don't know. But
this might be maybe.
It say
>> if I don't know this song,
>> I don't know if it's from the new album.
I don't know the song and I'm loving it
already.
Oh, it is a song.
>> Basically, I had the names of the song
from the new album so I could see which
ones I
>> that he's singing now.
We want to sing with you.
>> We want to dance with you.
>> We want to be with you.
You knew all
o
Oh, it is.
Benny's killing it with the song. It's
great.
It's like I had a little worried that it
would be too similar to Arie today at
first, but it starts like going on its
own journey, especially with the lyrics
when it goes to English and it's great
to
dance with you. Oh,
>> I love how this whole theme is on just
the word saying
>> we want to dance with you. Oh,
>> we want to be with you.
Oh, you better.
This is great. It's really taking me in
a whole different emotions. Both I'm
just happy of how well this song went
for me, but also just the song itself is
really good.
Wow.
>> That that I you know what I like this
song better than Lyl Fud.
>> Yeah. And indeed I stand by that.
>> Well, there you go.
>> Yeah. I I as I said in the reaction, but
I love the fact that it's not like
overextending itself when you get to the
English like it's trying to translate
like like what songs would do if they go
to Hebrew to English. It's like to
explain the the whole context. But I
love how the simplicity of when you do
the English, it's on the simplicity of
the fact of the first word it's say and
from that you get a lot of emotion which
is very unique because there's not a lot
of songs like that where it the only one
time that you'll put in English lyrics
into a song where you have both you're
just focusing on a simple message in two
verses and that's it. That's very
unique.
>> Nice. is very unique. Also like I also
mention that the beginning of the song
kind of gave me a little vibes of u
vizakini from I don't know if you re
remember but from schlami or shalom
>> remind me
>> uh he he came he did a lot of albums
with Mona Rosenlum he's from
>> let me go of course I remember
>> yeah yeah yeah so he had the song
so it kind of had like that type of vibe
with the part of the but then when you
get to the part We want we want like
that's the proclamation part of it. So I
actually I like that blend.
>> Um
yeah, that was great. Uh so who wrote So
Yity Wner composed, right?
And he wrote the words too.
>> Yes.
>> Wow. That's great. Yeti Walner is a
legend.
Crazy.
