okay welcome back to today's daily sa today we have once again the positive commandment for the rical courts to adjudicate and to settle all Financial disputes let me share with you a quick story there was a great Sage who came to town and all the town's people came out to greet him and to show him high high honors and one particular local Torah scholar did not come out he refused to go greet this Great Sage when he was confronted by one of the town's people why you didn't go to say hello to this Great Sage he said because I was visited by alovi Elijah the prophet who told me that this great sage has actually been excommunicated in heaven why there was a financial dispute in the village between two people one said here is the money that I owe you it is 300 rubles and the man said no you actually owe me 300 rubles and 1110 and they said what no and they start fighting and the famous Sage was passing through town and they went to him and they said we have a financial dispute we need you to settle so he said okay how much is the dispute over and they said it's over a tenth of a Ruble or a tenth of a gold coin whatever it was and the Rabbi said for a tent of a gold coin I'm going to sit here and adjudicate I don't think that's significant and he refused to see the case and because of that in heaven he was excommunicated because Financial disputes Financial agreements everything needs to be exact even to one tenth of a gold coin and later on when this Great Sage heard the local Town person say that he went to him and he spoke to him and he said how do I anol this excommunication and they sat down with the rabbis and they worked it out and he turned out to be one of the greatest sages in all of history with one of the most fundamental books on Torah law you could look it up we will see you tomorrow
