hello and welcome to today's daily sa mitz today we have five mitz Mitzvah number one a judge may not have pity on someone who has been found guilty or in the process of finding someone guilty a judge meets to judge on fact and whether the man is guilty or innocent no pity mitz number two a judge may not change the Judgment because the man is too poor to afford whatever judgment would come down on him pity doesn't come into it like we mentioned Mitzvah number three if a person is a great man very very famous very popular very respected that shouldn't change the Judgment the judge needs to focus on what is true and what is right and not who the person is if he's of high stature then he gets a better judgment no no no that would be a miscarriage of Justice Mitzvah number four the judge may not rule against someone just because he happens to know that that man in general is a rotten man a Russia if you will Judgment needs to be based on the facts of the case Mitzvah number five the Torah explains exactly how to find someone innocent or how to find someone guilty don't change it if you change it that is called a miscarriage of Justice
