Benefits of moving out of town for a better quality of life

Yeah, I think just going off of what you're saying, I think that um I think that moving out of town is something that um I don't see anything I don't see any reason for someone I mean I understand why people don't want to do it and we could touch on some of that stuff uh in a few minutes, but um yeah, I uh I think it's a great concept and I think more people should be doing it. So, um, you know, I know it sounds definitely it could sound like an excuse like, oh, he's a big talker, like, you know, he he's talks a big game. He's telling everybody else to do it, but then he can't do it himself. Um, that's fair point. It's a fair point. Um, but it happens to be that, um, I think Bar, a lot of my business, it's a shame because I, if not for my business, I would be moving out of town in a heartbeat.
