You find today many young people, many older people with tremendous, tremendous Nisyonos. And we know the Aibishter only gives a person Nisyonos that a person could be עומד בניסיון. How do people today, we look at ourselves as simple people, how could we live with such great Nisyonos? A few years ago, I went to Eretz Yisroel, and I went to a lot of great Tzaddikim. One of the Tzaddikim I was by R’ Yaakov Meir Shechter, he should be מאריך ימים ושנים. He told me an interesting Yesod. One of the עיקר things that is missing today, is believing in ourselves. R’ Tzadok writes, the same way a person is supposed to believe in the Aibishter, And he told me something fascinating. He told me when a Yid is עומד בניסיון in this generation, R’ Chaim Vital writes, he's looked upon like the Tzaddikim of the previous Doros. I was once talking to the Skverer Rebbe and he added, It doesn't just mean a blank check, we’re like the Tzaddikim of the previous generations. In that moment, in that second, when a Yid has a Nisayon, and a Yid has the power to overcome the Nisayon, in that second, a Yid is like the Tzaddikim of the previous generations. Each one of us, we go to Sheva Brachos, and we go to Simchas, and we talk about our grandparents, our grandparents, the Nisyonos that they went through. It's a דבר פשוט in years to come, when we're going to sit with our eyniklekh and aur eyniklekh, and we're going to tell them about the time that we grew up and the tremendous Nisyonos. And we're going to be able to tell them that we were part of those Yidden that had the Ko’ach to be עומד בניסיונות הזמן. The Aibishter should bentch us we should be zoche to be מאמין בעצמנו, and believe we have moments of greatness, moments that were considered were a המשך of the previous Doros. We should be zoche to believe in ourselves and overcome all our challenges.
