and also for for the community of um new Rashel and uh and also in uh all of am across the world that are uh suffering right now with this uh Corona virus crisis now the Corona virus crisis is part of the going to be part of the conversation tonight a key part of the conversation tonight but it's not going to be uh what you've probably heard so far and the reason why is because we're trying to fix we're trying to fix the uh and complete uh Panic that behavior that's happening in the world uh that is uh Beyond ridiculous uh right now uh with uh with some information with some insights now you okay oh I think I just shared it with you I shared it with somebody uh okay so the situation right now is dire and it's going to get much much worse that's the bad news the good news is is that it's not going to get worse for the reasons that you think now if you remember a little over a month ago month and a half ago I spoke to you guys about what's happening when this whole Corona virus uh situation came to light maybe two months ago uh and uh we discussed uh how the stock market will eventually react um and uh indeed it uh it reacted just like we uh thought but this is again just like the beginning um and if you remember also I told you that I'm not so worried about the virus I'm worried about how the government reacts to it because uh viruses happen viruses happen uh they've happened since the beginning of time since created the world uh there's a at some point whenu asked to bring sickness to the world because there was no indication that someone was going to die you know people would just look healthy act healthy and then one day they'd say AI they'd sneeze and die and that's say to this day there's a custom to say God bless you uh or or in in Hebrew they say your health and the reason why is because almost 5,000 years ago 4,500 years ago someone that sneezed died on the spot why because yob asked for for uh for kindness to at least give the people some indication that they're going to die soon and they're thereby they'll be able to prepare themselves and prepare their families for it by whether it's an inheritance uh or or leadership and so on you know someone dies abruptly which is unfortunately uh a good uh majority of deaths in the world still to this day uh people don't usually expect to die even if they're sick uh and uh that's the reason why many of them are not prepared and when uh when someone dies and the family is not prepared sometimes there's no will sometimes there is uh all types of difficulties that are caused you know in Partnerships in businesses and so on so with and and his prophecy understood that this is something that's much needed and of course Hashem liked this idea not that Hashem did not know this but he wanted to give yob the Merit for having such a uh you know such an idea that he brought to the world same same thing with for example with gave mosenu the idea of having a Judicial Court where there's a higher court and a lower court and he told him don't judge everyone yourself have different court systems smaller cases here higher cases here higher cases there and eventually the Supreme Court is couldn't come up with this idea sure he can but wanted as a gift to he wanted him to have the Merit of of having such an idea now the situation today is that you have a governments around the world panicking in such a fashion that it is creating a damage much worse than any epidemic we've had in recent years uh and the reason why is because they have no God when you have know God and that means that you think that you are God even if you say I believe in God Jew or Gentile but you are panicking right now that means you have no God why because if you knew the god of Israel you know nothing to worry about as the told us the 100 years ago every bullet has its name why because the gar says it there's not a single human being in the world that gets pricked on his finger by a needle without there being a de in sh to decide it meaning if someone is meant to die they're going to die if they're not meant to die they're not going to die no power in the world's going to change that if you understand the mechanics the basic level mechanics of how runs the world what are you panicking for if you're meant to die you're meant to die what are you you think being worried is going to help you on the other hand the go don't have such a thing they don't have such a thing why because they're all panicking and they're panicking in such a way that they're literally shutting down Commerce they're shutting down the business world and there are entire industries that are being shut down right now whether it's the restaurants bars uh all types of theaters which these places should be shut down permanently many of them because they's full of znot and garbage there all types of immorality and so on but the point is is that on the business sense for a restaurant to survive is a miracle I was in New York I spoke to a guy that was a Restaurante here had a few restaurants made uh uh lots of successes and failures in the restaurant business and he told me in New York there are literally more restaurants New York City there are more restaurants in New York than if you went for breakfast lunch and dinner to a different restaurant every single day for an entire year you still wouldn't go to all the restaurants that's how many restaurants there are now the problem is is that most restaurants don't survive their first year first year in business most restaurants don't survive they go out of business that's why real estate companies you know companies that own buildings the worst tenant in the world is a restaurant they never want restaurants why because very likely that whatever lease you sign 5 years 10 years 20 years most likely you're not going to survive the lease which means that the uh landlord is stuck with a uh ABS you know no tenant and sometimes they don't pay the last several months and so on and so forth it's a really really bad tenant best tenants are usually Banks but the point is abai is that for a restaurant a restaurant is like a blue collar worker if he doesn't make money this month most likely he's going to have to declare bankruptcy why because people live above their means and they don't have much savings at best they have let's say one two three months maxed saved and that's it then they have no then they start going to family friends and so on it's over to borrow some money restaurants are even worse restaurants literally live by the day sometimes even if they're big famous restaurants that are making you know 10 20s or hundreds of thousands of dollars by the week it doesn't make a difference the expenses are very very High and the uh the reality is is that these restaurants uh depend on specific days of the week and so on so for a restaurant to Simply shut down for a month it's not like a regular business if let's say you're uh you know you're selling cars or you're selling houses or you're selling uh software and you close down for a month you know usually it's it's a very different type of business same thing goes with a lot of these industries in America a lot of these mom and pop shops small businesses whether it's a small Pharmacy store or it's a uh store that sells all types of other types of chachis uh these businesses cannot survive not being in business because nobody prepares for a complete shutdown in 24 hours so what's happening right now is a effect on the economy that is going to be impossible to fix all you can do is hope that more survive than not more survive than not because simply the longer they keep Corporate America and the world un shutdown the bigger the impact is going to be the more difficult it's going to be to fix without some type of major unusual uh once in a-lifetime government intervention where pretty much the government starts writing checks to businesses that are big checks which is not happening you know somebody said yesterday I think it was a uh uh listen uh you know they're considering giving a uh economic stimulus in America Trump is going to give every family $1,000 now this may sound like wow great y I want a th000 bucks I want 1,000 bucks yeah sure $1,000 what are you going to do $1,000 can't pay rent with $1,000 today rent you can't pay with $1,000 what are you going to do with $1,000 who survives on $1,000 in America almost nobody the reality is that there's a few very very small minority of people that survive on such little amount of money the vast majority of people are living much much higher uh level than that they have rent of mortgage payments that are, 1500$ 2500 $3,000 a month $4,000 a month $1,000 is maybe their week shopping for food and that's a reality which means that even though it's sounds like a big number $1,000 time 400 million people wow that's a lot of money money they're not going to do it anyway but the point is that let's say they do it it's not going to do anything anyway it's just a complete waste of money complete waste of money it would have to be tens of thousands of dollars which is not possible so the longer people don't go to work the more the damage is going to be for for for Corporate America for the average Joe and even eventually for the big companies because the big companies need the Average Joe's the vast majority of the money that's made by Corporate America is made by average people not by multi-millionaires people think that multi-millionaires are the best customers they're usually not actually uh it's the guys the average people that you know make a barely make a living that are the best Shoppers so now that they're shutting down Corporate America this obviously had an initial shock on the stock market where the market already dropped 30% since we've spoken about the Market's going to drop it's already dropped 30% one of my students actually smart enough not only to listen to the Torah but also listen to the business advice we gave indirectly and he sold out his retirement account now he told me the I don't know what people buy or sell I don't know what people do with their personal life but he told me listen you save me a ton of money said there was a day last week the market dropped almost 15% in one day day so you when you have a half a million a million $2 million on the stock market and you just saved yourself 30% you talking about big money talking about huge money so anyone that has a portfolio today that could reverse time and could have sold a month ago they'd be happier than anything in the world why cuz right now it's more difficult to sell why cuz you still have maybe a little bit of profits if you're invested a few years ago and you don't really want to sell because you think it's going to rebound and that's what happens that's the monster now for anyone that wants to know I'm not going to talk necessarily so much about the stock market but I I'll tell I'll tell you this in in short if the government reaction continues the way it is right now which it looks like it will uh and the measures that they're taking are going to continue being what they are or Worse where they're simply going to put continue putting curfews in different neighborhoods shutting down certain IND certain streets in hopes that this thing goes away in a month or two months or 3 months or whatever it is then what you've seen in the economy and the market in the last month is a little pussycat in comparison to what's coming in the next couple of months you're going to see the market drop to levels we've haven't seen in decades and there's a few reasons for it number one as soon as people realize there's no light at the end of the tunnel they're going to start they're going to expect earnings reports in about a month from now companies going to have to report their earnings but during earnings no one really cares about what happened in the last three months everyone's going to care about what's going to happen in the next three months and if everybody nobody knows when business is going to go back to normal that means that the projections of every single company are going to be 50 60 70% less than what they were expecting to start off this year so you're talking about a market plummeting to levels that we haven't seen in decades worse yet worse yet there are as I told you briefly there are Hidden Monsters within the market and the way it's structured today one of them is called ETFs exchange traded funds now these ETFs make the market too liquid overly liquid to the extent where people can buy and sell baskets of stocks intraday the problem is that many of these ETFs have something called an eLiquid assets they have uh all types of bonds and and uh and debt uh Vehicles where they buy them with an expectation of holding on to them for years because you can't sell these things easily now the owners of these ETFs have no idea this is actually happening they have no idea that these things are eLiquid why because they can buy and sell their stock but that means that once these people want to start getting out of the market they're going to start selling selling these ETFs these ETF companies are going to have to liquidate these eLiquid assets at sellout prices meaning if it's priced at 100 they're going to have to sell it at 20 because it's El liquid it's hard to sell anyway which means they're going to have to you're going to see certain things drop 60 70 80% in one trade now this I told somebody that knows a little bit about the market that I believe that the market can drop 50% in a week that was a month ago I wasn't so off it would took a little longer than a week but the way things look it could happen in tomorrow but that's again assuming the government continues doing the foolish things that they're doing right now now you're going to say wait a minute hold on a second now all these other rabbis all these communities they're all worried what what do you think we should all go [Applause] outside I'm not necessarily against it and I'll tell you why you see the ramban writes here in thean of course we have to connect to this sh would you guys think I'm going to give you an economy session the ramban says here and he the ran over 800 years ago in a letter that you you go to Isaiah you go to the to uh uh to Zaria you have no idea what's going on everything is in in in Parables and analogies sophisticated language which is by the way a very interesting side note on this the Christians that fight the Torah they always fight the oral Torah they always fight the oral tah they don't fight the written T they say the five the five books of Moses the tanak is all good but the written T is considered the five books of Moses but the uh uh the uh uh um the Christians consider the rest of it also considered the and they say it's all valid the problem is for them is that they're so foolish that they don't realize that they're contradicting themselves with this and the reason why is because the original Christians for uh believed in the oral tah the Christians from 2,000 years ago believed in the the Christians from even 800 years ago at the time the ran had the whole ba in Barcelona what was the whole argument the whole argument was that this K that was a Jew really but became a Christian was trying to prove that Yos actually is in the is in the it's part of the or T it's all good he's in there he tried to prove Yos through the oral tah not the R so only the Christians of today say that the oral tah is not uh is not valid what's the problem why did the original ones not do this because the original ones were much smarter than the ones of today why they understood they understood that without the oral Torah it's not just that there's no Judaism without the oral Torah there's no Christianity either and the reason why is because the oral Torah is the one the sages of the oral Torah are the ones that decided and decreed that the rest of the tanak meaning all of the other 19 books aside from the five books of Moses Are Holy meaning originally it was just the five books of Moses but then there was the prophets but they weren't part of the five books of Moses the sages of thear decided that these are also holy and these are the all written with the uh divine intervention and so on now why is this critical for the Christians because all of their so-called proofs for Yos come from where from the prophets so they they referring to the every time they mention something to somebody to recruit them for their Christianity idol worship what are they saying look at Isaiah 53 look at Daniel 9 they're relying on the prophets but who gave this the prophets the validity says we had 1.2 million prophets throughout history but only 55 of them are mentioned in the tanak which means that everything that they wrote is for all generations hence meaning that the uh Five Books of Moses as well as the other 19 books the the prophets are Divine so without the oral Tora saying this in in other places you can't use Isaiah as a source for anything you can't use uh Zacharia or Proverbs or uh or Ecclesiastes or anything else but that's what happens when you don't learn tah and people don't know anything and so they end up debating with these fools that don't have a debate now the key is to understand is that our has everything in it including the Corona virus including what's happening in the market including what's going to happen at the end of the days including what's happened before what's going to happen after and our holy Torah tells us that when you have people that have they have nothing to worry about someone that has confidence in nothing only kindness will surround him now when the rambam the ran Rashi and other sages delivered these messages explain these messages it's very simple for them to understand from it law from these from from these uh statements that are in the Torah whenu said it was very easy very clear prophets different why level of Prophecy was different what's the difference between and today's sages or the sages of the last couple hundred years one said it best he said when someone is is a uh walking in darkness looking for a light switch what does he do tries to touch everything and let's talk about this and we'll talk about Corona we'll talk about Barona we'll talk we'll talk we'll talk talk talk so much she dies at 60 yeah but she was supposed to live to 100 yes she was the go come out with speeches whether it's Donald Trump or his associates or some newscaster from CNN or fox or any of these medias that's in essence their life if they don't speak they're in essence considered dead anyway because these people you know they live to speak they just like to hear themselves talk whether it's a lie or true is irrelevant they just need to talk they need to hear themselves talk and the world needs to hear them talk also because the world doesn't know what to do they don't have a t that's not what I'm referring to I'm referring to the disappointment the awful awful disappointment in the Jewish world and specifically the religious Jewish world where you have simply the leaders of today acting worse than many of the followers panicking in such dramatic ways as if we do not have a god you have these rabbis that are either giving speeches or they're writing these letters telling the people oh oh oh no this is horrible it's the end we have to all stay home take care of your life one guy sent a message I don't think he's a rabbi but he sent a message which went you know of course the make sure these things go viral the stupid of the message surely it's going to go viral this guy started crying religious guy religious Jewish guy started crying on the video please stay home stay home where's AEM where's AEM in your life where's AEM in your life where is AEM in your life where is AEM where where is this Panic come from where in the Tor did it tell you they're allowed to panic like this worse yet send people you want to panic yourself you want to create panick in people suffering for no reason the guy starts crying all the people all all types of things oh we're closing down the community there's no sh there's no prayer there's no nothing we had seen for such leaders what do you think is going to save us the medicine or maybe it's Dan from the White House what do you think is going to save us you think medicine is going to save us logistically speaking it's impossible anyway even if all of us just stopped the sh right now Shalom and we decide we're all scientist we'll get some Medicals and some type of stuff from from CVS maybe now she's helping us by telling us that tomorrow it's going to be a concentration camp because she has a friend that works for Donald Trump life doesn't work that way life doesn't work that way people types of holograms in the back screens like like sometimes we Mak in our own movies you know of a bunch of Chinese people sitting over there saying wow wow wow they may be looking at a whale jumping but the the the the uh the TGI in the background makes it look like there's angels in the in the clouds and and all types of scary creatures like anyone that believes this stuff should put himself in
