Being brave for yourself

what does being brave look like being brave means standing up for yourself being brave means helping others when they are in need of your support that's what Brave looks like the opposite of Brave is doing nothing is Contracting is not taking care of yourself and others let's be there for one another Let's help one another especially let's take care of ourselves we have so many things in our life that we want to be good or better and we want to change let's be brave and do those changes and when we change it makes us feel good it gives us a purpose and life when we help others it makes us feel even better that we have an opportunity to change someone else's life have a wonderful day
