Being a man doesn’t mean saying “yes”

Must I always agree with my wife? My wife criticizes me. I always have to say yes and agree. Sometimes you agree, sometimes you disagree, sometimes you seriously disagree. But here's the deal, remain present, remain regulated, and remain authentic. What is more important than anything is that your wife sees that she has a man at her side, not a frail baby, not a frightened individual, somebody who trusts himself, somebody who could say I'm sorry, and also somebody who could say, you know what? I think you're not seeing me correctly. I think you're responding in a way that is not consistent with the reality, and I'm going to share with you my truth. When your wife sees that you have to become aggressive, defensive, you go into freeze, you go into fight, you go into flight, that's the greatest turn-off. Know who you are and radiate it with conviction, love, and strength.
