Behind the scenes at Lakewood Prints — touring their facility where everything is made from scratch.

Guys, I want to show you today. I want to make a tour at the Lakewood Prince facility located in Jackson, New Jersey. Over here we have Shu Weissboard. Shool, take us in inside. Let's see exactly what's happening inside. Okay, Fry, we're here today to take you guys on a tour behind the scenes of Lakewood Prints. Like you said, we print a lot of interesting stuff right here in Jackson, right near Lakewood. So, we have over here mugs that are already done. We're just done outside. Fresh. Shine. >> Okay, F. Now, let me take you to behind the scenes of the mugs. This is where the prints of the mugs go. This is the 11 oz mugs. Now, >> how does it work? Oh, this is a print. It's like a paper. And this gets pressed onto the cup. >> Yes. Here we have different sizes, different colors. You see 11 oz, 15 oz. Different colors. >> Red, black, white, green. >> Yellow. Just choose whatever you want. Then we have it for you. Then in the trays is pushed down here to Miguel. Miguel takes the print, tapes it on the cup. Prime. This is the sublimation oven. These are ready pressed and ready to go in. See, it's rolling in slowly. This is these are the tracks. It goes in and when it comes out nice and hot and ready to go. Okay, now we see the mugs coming out of the sublimation oven. It takes about 11 minutes. You see it's going very, very slow. Once it's out, these are ready to go. After letting it sit for a little, it comes out very hot from the oven. Uh we take out we take off these uh this keeps it tight. The wrap keeps it tight and you have the design. Just take off the sticker. Beautiful. >> Take a look at this. >> Nice. Wow. >> It's boiling. Still boiling hot. A prime. This is one of our hottest items that you see here. The tumbler cups just printed. >> Hot to press. Nice. This is one of the hottest items. What you see right here, we have different sizes, different color caps. This is the kids water bottles. See, take a look. You got your prints, whatever you want. Here you have the mugs being wrapped and ready to go. This is the packing and shipping area where we take all the products, wrap it up, and ship it to your house. We ship anywhere in the United States and worldwide. This is the flat press machines area where you can take anything. You have a tile. You can take a piece of you can take a tile, ceramic tile, mouse pad. Oh, nice. Over here you see we got a towel with a personal printing on it. This is a keychain. You got your personal printings. The machine here is metal print. We take a piece of metal and we print on top of it images. Uh, this is personal, so maybe don't show it, but we do this. We do this. We could take a clock. We do this for clocks. You get your personal image on your clock for the wall and many other items that are done right here. Prime. Let me show you the mouse pads. This is where the guy's printing it.
