[Music] known for the frozen cocktail isis and yeah it's made in lakehood and in the backyard he's the main production manager as i busy yes very special with los angeles what we do is we make frozen cocktails that means we can make alcohol i want to show you the alcohol this is where all the alcohol is it might look like water but really it's really strong it's 190 fruit that's more than any bottle you've ever tasted okay come inside let me show you how we make it right over here we got the mixer this is where we put all the different ingredients the sugar the alcohol the flavoring and other things that i can't get into because it's a secret recipe this is what it looks like inside you can put four people in there wow it's ready it's gonna look like this we're gonna put it into a container that holds 270 gallons and uh that's what it's going to look like let me show you as soon as we're done making it we have to test it to make sure that it really is five percent alcohol let me show you how we do that we have this machine over here distills the alcohol right now it's not going but it's still the alcohol comes through here is a complicated process and we make sure it's actually five percent alcohol let me show you how we package it after we test it put it up over there like and it keeps spitting out isis more and more and more ices more and more and more icing wow real factors next step we come into this room and we check each and every one to make sure that they're not leaking and that they're not sticky and that they are perfect and ready to put in the freezer for you to eat and enjoy we put it into these boxes into these boxes we make six of these boxes put into these big boxes then it goes straight out to the truck straight to the stores where you can buy it and enjoy
