Backyard Eruvin

[Music] here we have a backyard a roof we're trying to enclose the area behind the houses and we have this gap between these two houses so even though there is homemade merubella parts you have a wall and a wall but this pier is more than 10 ammos this opening is more than 10 almost which would be somewhere between 15 feet 9 inches and 18 feet so we wanted to put it towards a passage to enclose it there's one pole over there and the second pole over there some of the issues that could be raised with this particular teresa passage one is whether it be ptikra you have the roof over there and you actually have two walls you have the wall of the chimney which is jutting out and the wall of the house so if a person felt that they would say pitikra with two walls it potentially could be a question over here um the other potential issue could be that the luckies of the teresa passage are actually supposed to take up some of the space of the passage itself over here on this house since there's an area jutting out it might have been preferable to take that lefty and put it on the outside these are just some of the issues that could come up another thing is you see the teresa passage goes over this fence this fence does not have the status of a mojitsa because these are not leveled they're too far apart so there would be no issue of having your teresa passover going over a fence which potentially could be a problem depending on which position you would ask and how things were configured it would not be an issue over here because this fence doesn't have a dinner
