Did you see the pursuit pass by you and wonder what was going on? Here's your answer! Ride along with DCSO's Deputy Matt Kubiak as he helps the Drug Task Force unit make a traffic stop on a suspected stolen vehicle... that is if the stolen vehicle stops at all. After leading Chief Deputy Dave Spence II, Deputy Matt Kubiak and many other deputies and Muncie Police Officers on a pursuit through the Northeast part of Muncie, David "Ace" Kelly was found hiding in an abandoned house where he was arrested. The passenger of the vehicle, John Borson, was arrested for outstanding warrants out of a surrounding county. We hope you enjoy this new format for Deputies of Delaware County.
