Avery and Jay's ice cream store in Jackson coming soon!

and by this time here this beautiful new store coming in this nice brand new liberty commons mall in jackson right over there is the online opening their second location online supermarket and let's talk about this new store coming over here avery and jay's handcrafted ice cream let's go inside let's meet the owner of roomie khan mazatofi new store everybody so everybody's so excited about your new store everybody's talking about it tell us about first of all i like the name avery and jace what's the what's behind this beautiful name so my name is avrumi which is avery and my partner's name is yakov which is jay so when we were coming up with the name we figured why not call it after our names avery and jay's and handcrafted ice beautiful um avrami tell us about your experience what made you think you're going to the salon you have any past experience regarding ice cream so my real experiences is that i'm just an ice cream lover i love love ice cream and desserts in general um my wife and my daughter they are summer professional uh pastry chefs they're very big into the desserts and uh just and ice cream in general when most people you know when most people travel they're looking for you know for the closest restaurant to go out to eat when i travel whether it's domestic or international i'm looking for that uh ice cream store that kosher ice cream wow so you tasted so many options and you felt like there's a big need in lakewood but there's a lot of other ice cream stores here in lakewood what do you think what are you gonna be like more unique more different so i'll tell you about us our ice cream is all made in-house daily fresh nothing comes nothing comes from a factory from a factory everything is made fresh here um as well as our desserts everything's gonna be made in-house it's all artisanal and oh one second so you're gonna have ice creams plus desserts correct we're going to have ice creams and desserts we're not only an ice cream shop we're mostly ice cream shop but we're also a dessert shop okay for a while so first guys look at this beautiful store it's not done yet um hopefully we're going to open very soon we're just waiting for this nice centerpiece over here it's still coming it's still stuck in the ocean right it's coming from italy our dipping cabinet which will hold the uh hard ice cream and the ices it's all somewhere in the ocean coming was it was made in italy um the whole store as you can see it's a beautiful beautiful stunning store a big shout out to elisa soko from susan susan strauss design and it's you for designing and nietzsche from unique builders for for the building beautiful brand names very nice over here you can see the seating very nice coloring avrami i think for your idea for your store it's going to be two little ceilings any planets and extending maybe so as you see the seating over here um there's gonna be a small bottle of chairs in the front and there's gonna be four tables with cherries as well wow wow wow wow beautiful guys i'm gonna show you a little bit what's going behind the scenes all this expensive machines you just got over here i didn't think that there's uh that many ice cream stores that have all this type of machines um i don't remember can you tell us about your machine but sure so firstly like i said everything is all the ice cream is handcrafted it's all made in the in the in the store in our store in our kitchen um these two these two machines are called batch machines there is they're they are the machines that take our handcrafted mix and basically makes it into why why do you need two machines so we have well one machine is obviously for milfix and the other machine is for a power machine to make power of ice cream and the ices wow that's a great idea if that you know people want to come like after supper to put the kids to sleep they want to come for dessert right they don't have to go to a restaurant you know spend 2 300 they can come just for a few bucks and have a beautiful delicious dessert yeah so the idea of the store was that basically we're we're all on campus we're an ice cream store we have as you can see these are the soft uh machines wow brand new three machine is brand new and everything is electricity which is an ice cream top of the line in the machine this machine is a regular this machine is a this is a this is an ice cream machine it is soft it's a soft all these three machines are soft this is uh chocolate and vanilla and twist and this is a very unique machine this is a nine flavor soft ice cream machine um and the flavors can be interchangeable so we're gonna have nine flavors soft ice cream right which which in in turn tells us that when you come into our store at any given time you'll be able to have 11 flavors of soft ice cream which is very unique and this is a soft frozen yogurt machine so we're going to have that as well but again so the idea of our store but what makes it stand out is that during the day you can come and bring your kids and you can have soft ice cream hot ice cream ices and desserts and then you can come later at night with your husband after all the kids are in bed you can come and you could come out with a date with your husband or your wife and you know get some more of adult type of desserts okay like cheesecakes mooses uh we're gonna have high-end coffee just gonna be uh drinking the terrific store wow kavalik another month or two until we open right we hope to have you back once we're open so you could see the real beauty of the store thank
