It's made to track a lot of the business
through the profit and through the cash

I was going to make a million dollars.
Then we focus, okay.
>> I would like to say it's matters of the
life.
>> Exactly, but the problem is as
No.
So I still need to focus on sales
to help with sales and cash flow.
The ideal with the
drive drive I start with driving this.
Now I have you there and tip.
Keep with all that cost of goods sold as
cost of goods sold mind.
But name the number and match it to the
inventory.
Give me that cost of goods sold and I
got to do this. Ed Rosenberg Amazon

Uh tremendous
>> Oh, oh, holy moly. Holy moly. So, you
want to advertise here? So, what do you
understand about this? This is the toast
of the men. Amazon magic. This is the
toast of the
>> Account magician.
>> Account magician. See Abacus for what?
>> Abacus is a
modest
calculator.
>> Sorry, you used to be a modest man.
You used to have a the gift of the hand.
You used to be a guy 27. This is the end
of the calculator.
So, we're going to go with the magic.
This is the uh It's bringing the gift.
This is magic. It brings the gift. The
Abacus.
>> I must understand the cycle and issue
the usual cup out of the work. This is
no magic. And so we got magic with a

Yeah, what to do?
>> Go inside of the Amazon Amazon 1P vendor
central. They resolve the vendor central
account.
>> Yeah, I know about Amazon. I know about
the development. Okay.
>> So, anybody who's got those accounts
have a quick direct to Amazon.
But I have big issues. Black magic.
And all the wise men have to go to the
claim and
And all of this
Check my daughter from the all of this
stuff. Abacus I have to go home with all
of this stuff. And it's all of this
stuff.
>> Oh.
>> So, this is all of this stuff. And we
cover every stuff.
>> Give us the old inside. They were
counting in the Abacus book. Good. Oh,
the number of the book. This is the
number of the calendar and the year.
This is the number of the company, I
guess.
>> This is the number for the company. And
we came up with this.
Yeah.
845-545-2122

Tactical logistics solutions.
Well, Amazon is a a big part of it, but
it's still my favorite Amazon, Shopify,
TikTok Shop, all on the marketplaces.
So, my specialty is e-commerce
background. I've been a seller lines for
60 million.
And from there
I was the joint month my father gave me
company.
60 million better. You can join me 9
years today.
I can't complain.
Like
Yeah.
Big time.
Yeah.
So, my day service especially it's
basically I did
the six that I'm in Amazon Square, and
the tools
um placement fees.
Day service basically avoids the pay
placement fees.
And
So, basically the cancel placement fees
place with my the Amazon check the sign
location, but that's all a penalty per
unit.
It's 2,000 cent. It's going to be
$1, $2 per unit, but the against our
location.
Six is locally around I'm I'm load for a
day.
But, the placement fees can go higher
than the motion 100,000 units that
truck. It's drastic. units drastic
$2,000 just in place of doesn't make any
sense. So we came up with the services
solution placement fees use Amazon's
optimized shipping is my Amazon got to
split into different locations
but Amazon
split smart and Amazon got to split into
different locations yet
or the guy split none LTL carrier guys
to make a deal
and received by Amazon by LTL is a slow
service but then it's Amazon especially
since
within is basically in charge of a flat
fee per pallet going anywhere
so I pick it up in the Jersey or they
pick it up in Texas or they pick it up
in California and if they dry locations
still start flat fee per pallet and they
pallet can get California can get Jersey
it doesn't matter where it goes
or the minute now doesn't matter
choose the flat fee so
split screws
by initial placement fees and the
spreading to different locations to
but have warehouses have a customers in
the warehouses so between us I have a
big pool basically from customers which
I can consolidate in trucks against all
the locations
so the main 3PL or the warehousing hubs
is California, Texas, New York, New
Jersey, Pennsylvania
ports in about man yeah
so New York and Jersey and California is
probably the two most popular ports
and goods is being to losing Amazon or
other e-commerce anywhere
so that's the reason is just in the flat
fee
beginning holiday line
so it's in very quick and short it's
very straightforward in the license
freight forwarder and steam custom
clearance. It's picking up in the port
and it's warehouse in New York and New
Jersey out in California
and in steam air shipping
to retailers like stores, TJ Max,
HomeGoods, Walmart and steam on the
Amazon FBA and steam and D2C, Shopify,
TikTok Shop, any online marketplace
shipping lands directly to the customer.
So that's in short
The short of it is that you all
So Casper, you can write text number

but phone probably again the guys like
Schnall.
Oh man.
Originally, yeah.
Um so I'm going to fill the need going
hello your English. Thanks for stopping
by.
So I'm going to fill the need for Amazon
sellers with some good after operating
system to manage the side of
multi-channel sales. So I'm going to
fill the real need. So there's not many
companies in the space and we did it
well but sure.
The need is when this Amazon seller and
they're going to business directly for
them, Amazon seller central
is uh that's really to expand into the
other channels. That's the hub outside
from Amazon seller central or the help
of managing all the orders, inventory,
forecasting, reports, analytics,
uh shipping, receiving,
um warehouse management and all that.
So, this is an operating system that
operates outside from Seller Central.
It's a design for sellers who's built
kind of
diversify and go after
all available channels that are out
there for e-commerce.
>> [clears throat]
>> E-commerce is
uh yeah. E-commerce is gross.
ASGTG
Yeah. Hello.
So, it's partnering with TikTok, with
Walmart, with eBay, with Target,
with
Shein, with Temu,
all the shipping companies, all the
shipping carriers.
So, uh two links go to bond integration.
So, I can open the sellers
and by my luck I can open the sellers
things while in some integration. So,
So, cycle's a feature that goes on and
on.
I guess.
Okay. Can I just tell you 10 years where
I have it in 2 minutes, okay?
>> Yeah, I give you the answer.
Yeah, here we go, 100%.
>> What you call it? You can get that you
want.
But uh you got to like
I look for them Google.
It's my weather. We were actually at the
year.
>> I'm sorry.
>> We were actually at the year.
>> No, I'm not a horse trainer. I was 12
and 1/2, 12 hour but
and you should have enough for the
business follow.
That was 12 years in the scout ball. I
was uh the
massage to show tonight. It takes some
time.
>> And
>> You got You got to keep at it. It's a
good closing.
>> Yeah.
You got to have the equal. The book
Here we go, 100% uh
You still have the same message to give
us from the gala to us.
We will focus on Amazon.
We will focus more on
We will focus on
Walmart. This is the reason I'm a fool.
This is a holiday line.
>> Go and go Amazon as the state extend the
greatest in Amazon.
Is
>> We have a house king.
>> We have a house plan the marketplace in
in as the leader for all the e-commerce
marketplaces.
But to do that is actually smart places
depending on your product.
So that's in the research.
>> Uh-huh.
So as I know we'll be reaching
GoPro.com.
>> GoPro.com is on my account to sales team
reach Rose with the help.
>> You will come out strong with the shape
that I scored.
House of AMG market Casey, how are you?
>> You are right, I waited for you the last
second. I'm the only one of the only
ones at my booth still up cuz I waited
for you. Last year I met you.
>> right. It's It's closing down.
>> Yeah, I know. It was It was very fun to
schmooze with you last year.
>> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. The book show was
was quite good last year.
>> very good. Yes. Yes.
>> on time.
>> Huh? Right.
>> So let's I see here there's A+ or A AI,
what's that?
>> Well, this has A+, but now that you
mention AI like many others today, that
a question. How's AI playing into the
business, right? And I always give a
good mashal of you could have the best
fighter jet, you could have the best
thing possible. If you don't know how to
use it, it's useless, a useless tool. In
our agency, we utilize utilize AI in a
very creative aspect of being able to
save money on photo shoots, being able
to do quick edits on things that would
not be possible or would take a much
longer to do. So, with our creative
minds, with our Amazon knowledge, and
our marketing knowledge, together with
AI and photography, we make things that
were like mamash like not even thought
of done much quicker and much more cost
efficient, too.
>> I see beautiful stuff here in the in
your book here.
This is amazing. What's going on?
>> Appreciate it. Yeah, this is an Amazon
listing that we've done with the listing
graphic.
>> company?
>> Yeah.
>> Good stuff.
>> Not too Hamish company.
>> Cool.
Yeah,
beautiful.
>> And then this is the other side. No, not
Hamish. This is a the separate part of
our business that's more branding. Yeah.
>> Yeah, but let me ask you um
can you teach me a little AI too? Um
>> An AI tool?
>> Or only Amazon?
>> No, I I
>> [clears throat]
>> We're not into teaching. We're it's more
into um implying and and actually taking
our ideas and bring them to, you know,
the the final outcome in front of you.
>> So, how how does things change in the in
the in the industry overall?
>> It changes so much. Since last year we
spoke, so many things have changed with
different tools that are available, all
of Amazon's rules and everything like
that. It's very important to keep, you
know, keep up. Instead of making believe
it doesn't exist, you take that and
utilize it. And I think like I was
saying before, you mean AI is the number
one thing. A lot of the booths here
today were all AI related. A lot of them
were AI related. And again, if you
really mamash sit down and learn it, you
know, you could skip a lot of steps
whenever you work with us cuz we already
figured a lot of it out. But if you
mamash sit down, you don't even need me
to do it, and you take your creativity
and learn how to do input and output of
the AI, it could be something so
powerful and something really next level
you don't even like think of.
>> So, we spoke about the AI already.
>> Yeah.
>> But,
that's one part. I I was just asking
because I I see the apron.
>> You saw that?
>> But, my question is
not a question because I just remind the
people what is House of AMZ because I
was thinking now you you have a
different name because
Amazon still king, right?
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> But, there's so many others.
>> I was Okay. So, my background is
creative and design, which almost 15
years ago. And then around 8 to 10 years
ago, we started our agency.
>> So, that's House of AMZ.
>> way, I like the pictures.
>> So, that's House of AMZ where where we
>> do that.
>> Yeah. Yeah. This is our team. We combine
it with the photography. We spoke about
the product itself, showing the
nutrition facts, very clean and very
simple.
>> I'll be very honest. I don't want to
turn the page.
>> [laughter]
>> No, I'm going to take a chance now
although only because I know it's it's
not it's it's it's clean. So, what this
is this All you do that is
>> It the storefront.
>> do a lot of different different ideas in
the
>> Amazon world. Yeah, Amazon creative.
>> Okay.
Hi.
Hi, Mark.
>> Yeah.
>> Why people usually come to you for? I
see beautiful stuff there, but
>> Yeah, we work with high-end brands.
>> Huh? That's the main thing?
>> The main thing is when you look I'm just
for Amazon and also our branding. I've
been doing branding for a very long time
even before I knew how to shop on
Amazon. That was my background. The
brands that we work with are either a
lot of them are high-end brands who
already exist or people who came up with
a new idea or something along the lines
of that where we get them to grow and
display them and market them on Amazon.
Every single product that we worked on
was a supplement very well known in the
high-end world, but they're not well
known on Amazon. They had very old
packaging. They came to us. We managed
to do a full rebrand on not just the
label, the whole brand itself and
everything and built them up for Amazon
and the real world. So, now when you go
on the shelves, you'll clearly see the
product which has psychology behind it,
the all the design and all the beauty
behind
>> Not only that only on Amazon shelves,
but the real
>> In real life, too, yeah. See levers.
>> Yeah.
>> yeah, that's also true.
>> Mark, thank you so much. Hey,
number?
Call you
>> 323-892-9021.
Mid-Husband Amazon sellers for a great
ambassador.
>> Oh, next time we do it in English.
Thank you.
Prime Ed Rosenberg, the famous Ed
Rosenberg from Ed Rosenberg show. Now, I
I I always keep on the AGP D, but what
is it for? Is it Amazon, right?
But you plan to change it for e-commerce
or the name is already in?
>> The name The name is the name, so
everybody knows ASGTG.
Um but it it became It used to be
something called like an Amazon seller.
Now, it's third-party sellers because
everybody sells everywhere. Wherever you
became easier to go to other platforms,
so
you can very quickly sell uh if if
you're making money on Amazon, there's a
chance a good chance you'll make money
on Shopify, you'll make on TikTok,
you'll make on Temu, and
you got to go where the buyers are, and
today anybody that has a product wants
to be where all the buyers are, and it's
not only just Amazon anymore.
>> So, let's let's start with the with It's
now almost 8:00 at night.
It's uh and it's the still food. That
That's why I ate. Otherwise, I wouldn't
because before I was busy doing
business.
So, this is uh I think this this is some
of the people that do shows, expos,
don't understand the importance of
giving good food. But But you go like
beyond. I mean, it's it's totally
different than
the lavishness, and
I appreciate that. And I believe this is
one of the tricks.
It costs a little more, too.
>> Yeah. Yeah, it costs a little more, but
the people
First of all, the people are a lot of
people are here the whole day. They have
breakfast, lunch, and supper.
And I I like that feeling, you know, a
lot of times when you go to a in Vegas,
I don't go too much, but when you go,
you you don't feel like you're home.
It's
uh you know, the kosher food is on the
side, and it's
>> they sell it for a hefty price.
>> Yeah, yeah, even if the show gives you,
it's like airplane food, and you don't
feel it's appetizing. Here,
basically, you this is show.
So, we're the home team, like they say,
and we get to have all the kosher food.
So, it's an experience so different than
if a Yid goes to to a show in kosher
food.
It's a Yiddish show, and all the food is
kosher, and it's
lavish, and I think people
come, and they appreciate that um
everything is of course glatt kosher,
and there's there's plenty of
>> And it's also it's a very targeted line.
It's the it's the e-commerce, right?
It's not not people on the on the street
just coming to a show. It's a very
targeted line.
>> Yeah, it's very targeted. It's It's
anyone involved in e-commerce. So,
e-commerce, there
there's uh ex- exhibitor, there's
there's always financing. So,
financing, you can have it in every
business.
>> Uh-huh.
>> Where you have financing, and then you
have
3PLs, which is also every business. And
then there's trucking,
which is in many businesses.
So, there's there's there's a lot of
overlap,
but it does target obviously third-party
selling and e-commerce selling.
And all the presentations today
evolve uh very closely connected to
third-party selling.
>> Do you see a difference between this
year and the previous years because it
was momish right after Purim?
Yeah, I know some
vendors that didn't exhibit this year
cuz it was very hard for them. But both
of them, the show was it looks like a
suc- success to me.
>> Yeah, they Yeah, they made it a success,
the show. And uh the only problem we had
we had one sponsor and a couple of
people who couldn't come from Israel.
>> Oh, the sponsor, yeah.
>> Yeah, but there's nothing that there's
nothing you can do about.
And I would say that
having the reason why I do it
uh I I did another very big show,
international show.
It's called Prosper. It's probably the
biggest Amazon show besides what Amazon
themselves makes.
>> Uh-huh.
>> And I like connecting it to that because
a lot of people when they travel from
India, from Israel,
they stop here first. So, they come
here, they stay in New York for the
weekend, and then they go to Prosper.
Otherwise, they wouldn't go and they
They were like six
>> You have to You have to connect it.
>> There were six vendors I think from
India.
>> Uh-huh.
What do you think about going into a
different field because the show itself
is quite suitable for you. I mean, you
you make a It's a great job you do.
>> Yeah, yes. I have we have a very good
process and a good team and a good
organization. So,
I thought about it. I thought about it,
but I have a lot of other things going
on. I'm not an event guy. I do this once
a year, maybe twice a year for
third-party sellers.
But,
I I do a lot
of things related to Amazon seller
community. I do a lot of Amazon
suspensions.
And I run a very large sellers group and
I have a very popular email. I have a
lot of other things I'm connected to
um unrelated to the event. So,
>> You're busy as is.
>> Yeah, I'm busy as is. I saw somebody
making an AI
agent show, everything related to AI.
So, it's not bad. I thought about it,
but
>> Someone did this already. Yeah, yeah,
yeah. I know.
>> But, I would do it But, I would do it
for the Heimish like
>> Yeah.
>> and focus to like the same idea like
this.
>> It's definitely something that is I
mean, it's going to smash every industry
is is moving miles into this field. I
mean,
>> Yeah.
Yeah, the AI So,
>> They're taking over.
>> Yeah.
>> You know that the war in Iran several
things I read is is only through AI.
There's even a company that say that the
Pentagon
cannot
They cannot afford to they they they
have issues because Trump wants this and
this and that and that's how it goes on.
They can't afford to
to break up. Maybe they're going to take
it over, who knows. But
but AI is taking over, that's for sure.
Let me finish up by by you know you have
a busy day. I I called you the lawyer
and I said, "What is the advice you can
give for someone in the e-commerce
business or or has an eye into this
field?" What would you say to them?
>> So, I I would say the main thing is like
every business you have to give a value.
Like what's your value proposition? So,
it used to be if you would order like
when I was years ago I would order from
China like everyone else and sell it on
Amazon.
The value proposition is I I would have
the contact.
I would put out the money. Uh
>> It was almost
it's short for here.
>> Almost a cashier for but but what what
You have to add know what your value
proposition is. If it's just if somebody
is is
uh you're going to buy it from a
reseller and you're going to sell it on
Amazon, you know the guy could sell
directly on Amazon. You got to have a
product which is giving value. You also
you also have to create a brand
connected to it cuz if you just have a
unique product they'll knock you off.
They'll knock you they'll you have to
have you have to have a value product.
And you have to add branding to it. That
that's a winning combination.
>> Uh-huh.
Thank you.
>> Yeah.
>> Add Prime.
>> Yeah.
>> So, we have a lot of followers
and you're also helping out people free
all year round in this field. So, this
is a wonderful thing.
>> Thank you.
>> And we have a lot of followers, that's
all right. You don't have a follower? We
all have.
>> Yeah.
>> Well, thank you so much.
>> Thank you.
