Aryeh Leib Hurwitz: Purim costumes

Less about me, how about you guys? How was your Purim? Everybody enjoyed Purim? Yeah? This Purim actually, I woke up in the morning and the bell rang somebody was at the door I wasn't expecting anyone but I opened the door and it was a friend of mine he came with his Shalach Manos and his costume and I'm like, oh, I didn't realize we're that kind of friends I thought we were like, argue about sports on Shabbos kind of friends not so much... but I totally also prepared a Shalach Manos for you how about you just hold here right one second I'm going to run to the back and pick out the one just for you so you just wait here about five minutes until I compile together a Shalach Manos that doesn't look like I'm cheap but also I don't want to spend too much money on you so thank you... and what's with the costumes? you know it used to be the nineties or before that even people were doing very creative costumes Achashverosh, Vashti, Esther, Mordechai, Haman and they got creative within that a clown, sometimes a prince, a princess then it kind of moved on to TV characters or superheroes you had Batman, Superman, Robin or whoever was out there during the nineties today, you walk down the street, you won't recognize everybody's dressed up like somebody else it's crazy I saw somebody who just had an underpants costume did you see this? they bought a whole costume to have underpants the costume is like, I don't know, 35 bucks underpants, you can get six for like four dollars just buy the underpants, and you have the whole costume they're selling this stuff I saw a family, they were all dressed up extremely weird and they said, can't you tell what our costume is? I'm like, no, maybe tell me and they said, oh come on, you can tell what we are! We're all dressed up the same! The same I can tell, but what you are - no they're like, come on we're transgender dinosaurs and I'm like, are you serious? I thought you were all Vashti I could totally see why Achashverosh would kill your entire family.
