in that type of response to things that go on in our lives we're saying who's in charge of us we're denying that Hashem that Hashem is intimately involved in every single thing that happens to us in see all the problems to walk into our work to walk into our social situations and to our families and only see the negative because it sticks out and and we're naturally we're human we we focus on the negative offered us and I offer you you know for myself that we can look at that same guy who bothers us and we can find good things about them in fact we can even find something about that which bothers us which is also good and the moment that I start looking for positivity stop listening to the news stop hearing all the negativity look at the positive look at the amazing things that are going on in our lives yes there are challenges yes there are difficulties but look at all the good that we have I'm breathing I'm alive I have my health I have my family my parents my siblings I have my kids everyone has something everyone has something good to look at I have my talents I have my abilities there's so much good in our lives we need to focus we need to focus on the good in our lives that's how we get shrina we're heading into Rosh Hashanah soon we're in ello Hashem is as we as we say the king is in the field he's here he's available but he's not available to us if we're always seeing everything negatively and we don't recognize that he's already here he's available to us and he comes into our life when we focus on the positive and we remember and we know and we remind for this challenge thank you Hashem for whatever the situation is thank you Hashem for the things I don't like thank you Hashem for the things that I do like focusing in on the positive this changes
