does a person deal with that when things aren't you know things things can turn around things can go from good to person gets sick right heaven forbid so the the higher level the deeper level the more powerful level the one that has more sustaining power is the idea where a person lowers his standard i don't need to have so much money i don't need to have so much food i don't need to have everything all the things that i think that i need instead of me trying to get so much let me disappointed when i don't have it there's a deeper serenity a deeper peace when i when i lower my needs i make i make my needs less and he says a person complains he says hashem why aren't you giving me my needs but doesn't realize that he's creating his own needs he's creating his own standards that
