ON THE ROAD in israel #whataday

I have a um advertisement buy an apartment in Israel in less than 14 days in Israel the closing happens the day you sign a contract so it's different that means payday is on the day you sign a contract that means that's when you're paying the broker it's when you're paying the attorney and we're going in a pretty decent car for Israel this is luxury this is uh more than luxury yes for Israel this is tough [Music] there was one guy maybe 20 years ago he bought seven apartments inia for all his children I want my kids to be connected to Israel so if they have an apartment that they have to take care of they're going to come visit once in a while and he was right a good idea
