So some patients do require prism immediately uh just to kind of help them get along. But to give prism to every other patient that comes through your door, I don't believe in that system. I'm more interested in treating the patient. So for example, it's not a problem to read all day long. It's a problem when you read without a break. Listen, recently we had a case of a patient with a very rare cancer and we started him on a an experimental medicine which is really not available but the company allowed us to use it and he already failed chemo, he failed immunotherapy and he was a young guy and we started this medication and within a month there was a major improvement and when we got The next scan it was almost clean. Wow. And this was this is mama shaess number one. But when we say b rafu this is what it means. Like >> a few months ago this wasn't available. >> So you are witnessing miracles you would say. >> Yeah. First of all every every day is a miracle. Everything every day we survive is a miracle. What the body is a biochemistry soup. Every reaction there millions of reactions happening every day. It all has to go well in order to survive. So we have to have that perspective.
