[Music] so we figured out a new idea by the way this year that do entrance the parking do okay and entrance so in order us the Bronx and whatever straight to the theater the the theater and camps in total okay the booklets present officially this is part of the props yes this is a cave yeah okay if you want to hide in the cave ra Anthony that's one of them amazing props unbelievable so we have all the stuff lined up here ready to go cheairs whatever we need okay this is officially bar stand from so someone and this this was all built in the last three weeks yeah yeah custom built oh this is it you understand the concept the concept is they're bringing 20 camps in total divided into four days and they're doing the same exact show play but different actors because each Camp brings their own actors different actors cre challenges think think 20 to 25 actors per show It's Tricky it's very private [Music] rehearsal fly yeah of course of course of course do do the Green Room oh okay we just revealed the main secret this is the room where the food is going to be right so the dressing rooms in dring the room is let's see oh wow look at this makeup room and the lights yeah so this the whole n yards room so this is where they make the makeup and the next room is just a production room staff badges public safy came closer to the show [Music] this is the propep shop OK meeting table though meeting oh nice um if you're looking where to run to script English script some a blueprint script a chart script as this charts is just see a blueprint what how it are going to look of our paper okay then we have um the Hostess exclusive script it's called which is just a list effect but after all start to finish the wow countdown of the curtain hour the numbers 0 0 curtain open nice curtain up 20 minute countdown 0 curtains open again 4 hours curtain must be on top of his game from the projection the all the way to control the reason for is sound effect communication as well they're focusing on the show hopefully hope so this is our screen um the and the screen was lied right so we only have certain things we could do so we use it for a lot of things first in the beginning of the show The all everybody's logo's logo st's logo all the thank you and then we have the as a story line the story line pictures so forth and we use it for scenes too meanwhile we set up fronts stage monitors pit monitors okay you said a bunch of words it sounds professional I like this okay I'll tell you the mains are the top speakers the sub are the subw on the floor the fronts this front fil for the guys sitting in the front they're not going to be able to hear the the mains so the front for them maners on stages for the actors to be able to hear the songs when they sing and the p is for the keyboard sound effects and video guy to be able to hear their feet without going through the system like but it's not through the digal it's direct yes hold on a second I got to hit this okay so let me show illat thank you there was a head counselor here from one of the camps that are coming on Wednesday and they came to rehearse their part um he explained to me that this is a very good deal because on the campsite they used to sit hours and days to make props and then they used to rent a place by themselves getting all this coordinated by each Camp individually is much more costy and much more much less professional here because it's combined 20 camps at once there is a bigger budget cohesively and then each one pays much less and they get a better product they get a bigger everything look even this guy knows how to play professionally and they get him in the on the house because they're part of this thing um thr go with the p uh can we stand by on the psych on line set 5 down like 10% okay four for this full stage scene [Music] they go through one by one number rightt have a great discovered it's right behind the stage looks cool to me restricted area but appearance on stage so the appearance on stage is up to the third scene by the there's no characters yeah there are no new characters up to the fifth seventh scene so since we're up to already like don't know why but the end CH it was such a climax it was such a peak invested and and cheerful and excited and especially the words that they plugged in and respect and whatever we were laughing about it the is given fully in expected the snow of the one of the professional surprises here the V are seamlessly 19 scenes 22 scenes 22 scenes Plus on the button finished on the button four hours on the button m i I don't even know your age I I didn't even think of this is this is big this is good this is fine and nice and by next year I'll tell you what I'll tell you what the best I think the best of feeling feel the audience this is the best to feeling you know because of how calm cool and Collective you stay I guess it's a secret of the trade can survive stage managers um please call the
