it's a closer discussion it's a shredded honest about doing my best special education special education is foreign aggressive business questions very well trained their face was yeah it depends on the program but in in the Masters of Business Administration the MBA mellento's basic accounting basic forecasting business plan um cost analysis business laws marketing all of these things that a person needs you go into business it's very nice to schwart our business and he wants to bring you in but you don't know what you're doing a CEO or the president average employee I always tell people you got to be the smartest guy in the room why do you want here's here's the big issue the big issue is that many many people in our community they don't they don't take the they don't they don't take the reins they don't put themselves in the driver's seat whatever life will bring me am I swear is going to have a business so if my swear has a business in linen I'll work in linen and if he does insurance I'm going to sell insurance you don't get to choose your future you don't get to choose where you're going and that works for a lot of people because no problem they don't need a degree they don't need my course they go but there's a lot of people that have good Valdez and they have no way to develop them and you can take control of your life somebody else foreign understand so so exact students it's definitely um just Vice the basic concept for them is nothing there's no program that's going to tell you everything you need to know no such thing but it will give you the confidence to pick you up and put you on the path to go to where you want to go right I was driving to cuddle one night I got the flat tire so I could have item and four guys come flying is so two of them get to work and they're fixing the tire and one of the habers standing there and he looks at me and he says you wear my muscles I said yeah it gives me a big hug I said whoa what's this it says you don't recognize me I was in the program I became an ABA therapist by you I have a paranasa my wife has a husband my kids have a father I'm a mensch I'm not a schlepper yeah now everybody wants to hire me he made a business he made an ABA business now and they're going to business that he's going to make money on Wow change a person's trajectory in life 25 000 students Leonard wow this is insane says businesses [Music] thank you
