I made a very very public statement
recently where I said that and I didn't
say it in my name, I quoted big Adolim
that I said they've said that throwing a
kid out of Yeshiva without finding them
an appropriate place is Retzicha, right?
So first of all
I got attacked
from people
on the Yeshiva side, on the Rabonim
side, you have no idea.
But instead of me taking it as a fight
I quoted the Chazon Ish to them. I sent
them the video of the story somebody
just sent it to me this one I didn't
know at the time the Lubavitcher Rebbe
when he said to somebody the line goes
he said like what do you mean? It's it's
your child, right? Yeah. Or when the
Bobover Rebbe when they wanted to throw
some was it Bobover I think it was
Bobover they wanted to throw someone out
of Yeshiva and the Bobover Rebbe asked
the the the head of the Yeshiva what's
his name?
And he says you know Yankel Klein. No no
no what's his name?
What's his name? What's his mother's
name? What name do you say Tehillim for?
You mean to tell me that you want to
throw somebody out of Yeshiva you never
even said Tehillim for this person.
Yeah. Like this is not a Tzvee Gluck
line. Yeshiva's not a business. It can't
be. It cannot be a business. It doesn't
it's an Achrayis.
It's a 100% Achrayis. Now don't get me
wrong there are times that somebody has
to be removed from a Yeshiva but you
know what? There are plenty of Yeshivas
out there today.
Chassidish, Litvish, Modern Orthodox,
all across the spectrum that are meant
for people that Now not every Yeshiva's
meant for everybody but at the end of
the day once a Yeshiva has a student
that's your Achrayis. You have a
responsibility to place him someplace
you know.
