there's a phenomena which a lot of people are aware of that if someone was abused so then they walk around with a victim mentality and they blame themselves and this is something that makes it very hard to reach out for help and it's all something that compounds the problem by making it like an emotional mental illness out of it when they're walking around feeling like they're bad that does a lot to diminish from someone's emotional well-being so the first thing I tell clients is how amazing it is that they're coming and talking about it [Music] and that I respect them for doing so because it's not easy to talk about and the more we talk about it and the more we seek out help and the more we talk to our friends about it and the more we talk to our peers about and the more we talk to our communities about it the easier it is for people to get that help foreign [Music]
