It's very easy for us to think about how we need to be the adults in the room when we are the 35-year-old parents and our children are 8, 9, 12, you know, young children. And we're like, "Okay, the child wants this or wants that and we don't want to make them upset. We want to be flexible for them." It's much more difficult when we're the adult and we have son-in-laws or daughter-in-laws who have their feelings and we see them as adults already. But the truth is that they're really still children. They're still young. We can think back to when we were in our young 20s. They don't have the maturity level and the life experience and the recognition recognition like Tvia is saying for the importance of shalom especially at the seder. We need to look at these young newlywed first couple years marriage uh married uh adults as young adults as the children compared to perhaps the parents and grandparents who are hosting the seder or the ones that are hosting the table at the hotel that will jump into in the private seder room. We need to recognize that we're the adults in the room and we could be mavater. And actually, that's the greatest lesson we can give to our children. >> we we were fortunate to be mavater to maintain that shalom for our children to the chuppah.
