in the army they call it situational awareness that means when a soldier's out in the battlefield or even going to the battlefield from their Camp let's say to be aware of vulnerabilities where would someone be inclined to attack from to always be aware that situational awareness is so important in child safety and that's my first recommend Commendation have a look at your facility have a look at the Sho and see are there empty rooms around that aren't being used classrooms or otherwise um lock them before y are there poorly lit areas around the building that you might want to get some lights in you know they did a study in the New York City public housing space there was a complex of five large building things in the inner city and there was a lot of crime there they decided to put flood lights in one of the five buildings and crime went down almost 30% just from those lights do you know why because the people who were committing the crime saw that building lit up and said they got game here I'm out there are other buildings to go to
