I made every mistake in the book. Said, "Rabbi G, listen to me carefully. You're telling me you're calling me? I'm going to do it my way. Otherwise, you take care of the problem." And he hung up. And I thought it was over. 3 minutes later, the phone rings. This family's calling me. So, right away then I said, "Wow, this is a person who's real. His purpose and his mission is to do the right thing." I will tell you the end of the story even though he was already older and retiring, I will tell you he was right, by the way, in what he said, the way I should have done it. He was 100% right. I learned the hard way. Thank God there was no long damage, but he was right.
