AMUDIM - INAUGURAL CONFERENCE

[Music] A mudm is an organization is a group literally meaning a pillow that will help an individual go through that life crisis, go through that moment that they're not feeling the strength. in themselves or that they don't have the family or the communal support to stand straight again. People from all over the country and all over the world have come together to talk about the problems that we face communally and take massive action to eradicate this very serious problem called child abuse. This is the first ever conference of this type being held for the front community in the United States. And on a personal level, it's incredible for me to have a role in helping to organize this. We have with us some of the most seasoned professionals, heads of major organizations, philanthropists, donors, clinical professionals, directors, and even all involved. This is not a conference. This is a congress. This is not a gathering of disperate individuals who care about our children's future. This is a forging of a movement that will create a new kind of future for our children. There's no anywhere in that makes me that was molested less than one child is a one child is a world so how we look at that child if we look at that child so tarnished by the misfortune that happened to them not in any by but to look at them at the diamond of a sh the beauty of why it's fun while it's gearing off the dress but it's abuse sometimes deprivives our children forever from their they don't know anymore about their higher image they don't know The sirenish alis made them. It crippled them. They think they're destined to live. They don't know that they have wings that can fly. We all know that this one is not about anything but every decision that's made, every resolution that's undertaken, every step of advancing our work in addressing this malady once and for all and stopping a new generation of being subjected to so much misery, agony, horror, and pain with fear of closing lights at night or entering into a meaningful relationship or having ability to believe in themselves and actualize their god-given potentials is not da mus it's literally dial of people's lives and deaths one by one I was actually a little concerned before coming here today what today was going to be like and to be honest with you within the first 15 minutes participating in one of the many rooms of interactive discussions. I realized that this is actually the best way to convey the message that we're trying to achieve over these two days. And that is first of all acknowledging the horrible problem that we have in our communities and the importance to deal with it. they were able to put on the this one roof approximately maybe 400 people all dedicated to helping Yiddisha Jewish children, boys and girls. It's really um an honor and a privilege to be part of this great organization. Just amazing to see the passion that everyone is here and the unity that everyone's working together. No difference in what work of life they're coming with and everyone is the same thing. Hearts are bigger than the people carrying them. What this conference is about, especially the inspiring support of the funders, I love love that name. Okay. Of the funders is about the true source of sofa. Connection to family, connection to faith, connection to friends, and connection to giving the light to people who are most in need of our light. So, thank you everybody. We have a serious serious money on our hands. I'm not sure we have the answer yet, but having this type of confidence and having you all show up showing that you are committed to waking up is an absolute start. Specifically, we're here to protect the children of our the children, the sons and daughters of the God that we love more than anything else in the world. And these are his children, our brothers and sisters, that we're just not going to stand by and watch these little kids or big kids. It doesn't make a difference. Go through the trauma that they're going through. The reason we're all here and the reason that this organiza organization exists is just for one kid. If we save one kid to God, that's a rove. [Music] All the ideas, everything that's being passed, this is a one-of-a-kind conference that I've never seen before and quite frankly has been needed for years. This was a conference that allowed us, all of us, to get together for a cause that is more dear and more precious than perhaps any cause that's out there. Cause of the the shamas and the lives of our most valuable possessions, our dear, fantastic, wonderful children. We can raise a generation of children that when comes, we don't have to be embarrassed, but we could say should be done. Here are children who stand proud, tall, happy, and wholesome, ready to change the world. Thank you very much. [Music] Thank you. [Music]
