Empathy First: Never Minimize Someone's Pain #shorts

We might have to prioritize which emergency and how we're going to deal with what. But the empathy that we give that person that called is the emergency. Whether the person called because they have a stubbed toe or whether the person called because somebody's on the moon, I don't care. The emergency is what that person's calling for. And if there's one message that I I I I I feel that I want to give over to people and everything, it's that message. Don't minimize anybody else's pain and suffering.
