Adults Role Model Calmness Amidst Crisis #shorts

It it it's even harder but even more important for us the adults and the families and around the table to do everything we can to keep as much stability and calmness to role model the calmness of calmness for our children and not to forget also how many people here in the states and elsewhere in the world just reading the headlines and hearing about what's going on in Eritrea are are just living with a level of stress not to the same level as those actually experiencing it. And there's also people that might not be making it back home to their parents. We should keep that in mind as well. Um but just to go back to what you first said, I think the line that I like to use just to echo that is validate the feelings, not the story. In other words, people have to learn to separate the two. It's really important. This is what somebody's feeling. I'm here. I'm going to be empathetic. I'm going to be compassionate.
