now when it comes to official policy at the University does calling for the extermination of African-Americans violate your code of conduct of course okay what about the extermination of women yes Hispanics would that violate your policy most certainly homosexuals absolutely Jews I can understand that while some students may find that speech objectionable we defer to our policies consistent with the spirit of the US Constitution and depending on the context of that specific incident should that speech lead to conduct we would investigate on a case-by Case basis
