when it comes to the different types of beverages we have we have hard alcohol and we have what people call soft drinks I don't like that term soft drinks I like human drinks water being a prime example people need water to survive hard alcohol sure does it give you a buzz yes does it take you into a form of escapism yes but do we require that escapism to confront real problems human to human problems no you need water in addition to water of course you have juices apple juice orange juice tomato grape people often find themselves insecure in the middle of the night they're unable to sleep they go to the kitchen they chug a huge cup of apple juice and that does the trick and I think that's massively underrated and not focused on enough so of course you have such thing as hard alcohol but the truth is alcohol is not very hard it makes things easy it's an escapism you're avoiding confrontation when you drink but when you have juice or water you're engaging in self-correction Simon are you okay I'm drunk ah
