mel bell i have a question for you i see all of these 20 to 30 year olds who are so impatient right like aren't you amazed at how [ __ ] young you feel i'm 76 years old gary right but like that's just a number like i see you out there hustling and grinding more than ever jesus christ gary i just had a procedure done on my back i can barely stand up okay but like now like can you tell the folks out there who are wondering like even at 76 you have insane amounts of energy i do not and i i'm basically in pain all the time i mean describe your day to day like what's a day like for you i limp around and my balls drag on the floor behind me it's that bad right like that's the grind i love it i wake up at least five or six times a night just to take a piss and barely anything comes out dribble dribble that's it right like quantity leads to quality love it i agree i'm done gary it's over i i know what you're talking about mel like confidence what you're showing here is so important like you don't give a [ __ ] like love it amazing
