Ableton LIVE - First Impressions!

I'm a longtime Logic Pro user I've been seeing Ableton Live all over the place I know other producers and composers just swear by it I wanted to share with you some of my first impressions so I started working on the track this morning made a little beat pretty fun I actually really liked a lot of these plugins here but everything is so so tiny and that it's frustrating trying to change little things here it's like a size you know for font and I'm not sure why they do it that way so cool it's got this resonator thing and you can get pitches out of percussive instruments which is really really cool I like that a lot playing with audio in Ableton is a lot of fun flute sound the coolest thing I think that's about to happen here basically you can go into this other view that's unique to Ableton called the session view it's the mixer window but it has these things in it these slots where you can insert Clips now I can actually do an arrangement live in real time using all the pieces I made and this is the really crazy part you'll see what I mean [Music] the craziest thing is you open up your arrangement viewing everything you just did arrangement wise it's here obviously you go in you start fine-tuning stuff you put your brakes in but man to have a song like that fleshed out there it is and that's awesome that I could see being the game-changer my first impressions with Ableton Live
