[Music] good to be back we have this shorash uh and then we're on our way to PES we have a three- week trip to California a little bit of uh family time so this is actually the last year in Florida dedicated specifically to kosher food and the kosher food I don't mean kosher candy I don't mean kosher Tic Tacs in Israel and not Kosher in America I mean Kosher meat the whole process of making it kosher so it's part of Judaism it's a very serious part of Judaism so being a vegan and being a vegetarian is not exactly ideal in Judaism I know that there's some rabbis in Israel that are Kim that tell people that no eating meat is is is you're torturing the animals all types of craziness that they're creating just to make money from the crowd and come up with something new as if our tah is uh is end is not endless but the point is is our Tora has a very serious part of it that is based about meat so unless it makes you sick or like literally it's something that like you grosses you out or something like that like it's really like something that hurts you you have to find a way to eat a little piece of meat for Shabbat for yov not necessarily every day for Shabbat for Yom have a little
