yesterday we started a discussion about the situation what happens when a couple get married and then the husband dies before bearing any children in such a case Taylor says that the Man's brother The Widow's brother-in-law should marry the Widow and have children and this way uh perpetuate the the name of his deceased brother something like that today's Mitzvah discusses what to do in the case in the situation where these two people the brother-in-law and the Widow don't want to marry each other well there is a system because Taylor says that they should marry each other so if they don't want to there has to be a little bit of a divorce there has to be a little bit of something called khalitza a process in which these two people separate
