The Get of Cleves and Mental Illness

[Music] foreign [Music] T it's a pleasure to be with you once again and we will be discussing the final episode about getting controversies and this one is about one that is probably the most famous many people have read about and heard various presentations on and that is the get of cleaves so let's see what Rabbi Dr Eleazar brought is going to add to the conversation I'm sure he'll bring unique perspective and illuminate some of the content that's already out there we would like to dedicate this year in memory of rep Shalom Ben reverse will talk about him very very briefly this was someone going on and the president of monheim basically says what are you talking about everyone knows this guy had a mental breakdown in on Shabbos of his khasana and you're going to let him and he's saying that he needs to go to England and he's saying all these funny things it's clear he's a shaita that and and then and then as they say like and from the Iran it gets all labeled basically the Monarch then gives it over to the Frankfurt bezden and the frankfur beslin claims uh it's push it that this guy is a shaita the get wasn't good and how in the world do we throw of cleave give a get they have
