Don’t Be the One Who Watched and Did Nothing

When a rabbi stands up and does something for the community, that's your job. How about when the president of the shoot does something for the community, that's your job. You're a regular guy, a regular girl, or you see a problem and you step forward to pick the problem, to fix the problem, and no one called you by name. That's special. There's a problem here. You know what everyone in the Jewish people would have said? Moshe is going to deal with it. If not Moshe, Elazar will deal with it. If not, one of the if not one of the one of the heads of the thousands, a lot of people to take care of it. It's called the bystander effect. And the bystander effect is so strong when someone does not know that or does not feel that they are the responsible party that the craziest thing could be happening right in front of your eyes and will you do anything about it? No. [Music]
