Ahron Gluck stands up for Kingsbrook Shul

Hi, I'm Aaron Glock and running for State Assembly District 43. For nearly a decade the Kingsbrook Shul >> [music] >> Chaim Alberts was a pillar in our Jewish community. But today this Shul is facing demolition. And One Brooklyn Health took over the Shul's property [music] for residential developments. For years the community was promised that the Shul will remain open and now all that is gone. Destroying a hundred year old Shul is not redevelopment. >> [music] >> It's destroying Jewish history. This sacred site sits on the campus of Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. >> [music] >> A hospital founded by the New York Jewish community when the Jewish community wasn't able to get proper care because of the rise of anti-Semitism. Our history matters. Our community matters. Our Shuls matter. We cannot [music] have our heritage disappear. Stand up for our community and vote for Aaron Gluck. One more thing you want to discuss there and the votes that we don't [music] have about these developments. They come in way too late when there's no chance [music] to do anything about it. Such as these buildings like front of me that was built and we got notified way too [music] late. Let's have someone from our community that will actually care and vote [music] for things that this community cares about.
