to stay up by writing down what he says but this did two things for me not just not just let me stay up this also let me remember what he said you understand so you go to much of what I said it may have impacted you something something touched you but in general usually you get one two three things you take home one two three things you take home you write down take down 30 things 30 things you take 50 things you why because by writing down naturally you're using another part of your senses your sight touch already you're doing more than just listening so now it's going to help your memory every single word like I did but write down a few sentence here a sentence there write down as much as you can because again number one it's going to get you in tune with this sh it's going to get you
