let's talk about other and toxic positivity this is the month when we're supposed to get happy and we will get happy because it is our holy obligation to get as happy as we can get but I want you to know my people do not feel obligated to live up to anybody else's judgments of what that's supposed to look like you know how hard you're working and it doesn't have to look like what anyone else has expectations it's supposed to look like all right it's between you and Hashem and you know the work you're doing and Hashem knows the work you're doing and that's all that matters and your happiness doesn't have to look like what other people expect happiness to look like you're awesome
