Go. Why were you laughing so much? Because this is an exciting show. But what made me laugh today? Okay, so what made me laugh is that today we really went live. Um what's it called? Spontaneously. Like ah this light is messed up. Why it's better than the other one than mine. Look at me. I'm so dark. Um, I should put on the light here. I edit in the dark. So, ah, that's why I don't have this on. But for you guys, I same thing. I'm I'm the same dark. Yeah, I don't like this light. I think Yeah. Okay, guys. Welcome to the Arian Isaac daily live show. We are live 10 o'clock Pacific Standard Time 1 PM Eastern Standard Time. Rabbi Sai comments is open. Please come in. Let us know how you're liking the show. Let us know if you're not liking the show. Um let us know any topic you want us to discuss. If you want to hop on, let us know. Oh, go. Personally, if someone doesn't like the show, I'm not interested to hear about it. He should go to his therapist. Okay. That's true. That's true. I would love I actually would like to see what someone has to say and then maybe we'll make a conversation about it. I don't mind having a conversation, but if somebody just wants to find negativity, and you could find negativity in anything in this world on planet Earth. So, I'm not interested. I'm negative enough on myself. I don't need help from anybody. Yesterday I was by a wedding. I was editing on the whole um You saw my status. Um no no somebody filmed me editing in the corner. For the last three days I've been you saw my status yesterday by the bells of wedding. I was sitting and editing as as as Oh, I showed you. So right after it end I just left because the these guys were around me with the dusk. But the ham of that day was this. Let me see if you can see this. Wow. So I had first and in the cold room I'm not worried he's going to hear this because he's in shape mode. So I don't care. Um so I was sitting in the cult room editing. I haven't slept barely and I just finished the rough cut which is the first draft of the rebellious. the the the reason I'm pushing so hard harder than usual is because I know that we're starting over at Zuba tonight, the Israelis, the Hebrew, and tomorrow morning the English year. And by the way, you should join. You should join. You should join. I can't say it enough. We can have a whole discussion about that. But I'm pushing because I know that if it comes out on time, when somebody can start, has that fresh start, it's definitely going to bring more people, right? So, I'm trying to get them the teaser. They're they're starting shear in about an hour. So, I really want to get the teaser ready so they can at least have the teaser to show by the year. I'm as we speak working on it. I don't want to talk to you. I want to edit, but I'm committed. So, I'm going to talk to you. Um, it's not about you. It's about the It's not about the It's about um one thing I wanted to point out. By the way, today morning I said with means hashem's name and usually in bells we don't say after an airplane we do not say we say oh right bells y yeah so we only say today morning first time in my life that I stood up and said I after I couldn't continue I was choked up and everybody in like they reminding me you know they thought I forgot the words but it took me like a good minute of silence I I couldn't so I don't know if it was the power of the first time I don't know if it was the power of the realization that bro we're so running alive that we don't appreciate that we don't realize the nissim and flu. So uh it was a moment of uh understanding. I right away brought to the gaba of my shield that I want to give a kish a small kish short this morning and I want to say the full story for whoever is interested. Um yeah honestly it's that was my experience today morning. Yeah pretty freaky story. Yeah think about it. It popped up a few times in my mind thinking about it. Yeah. Wow. Wow. So, here we are. Yeah. Here we are. Um, I happen to be waiting for my car to be picked up. I ship my car to New York. Why? So, I come for a few weeks now. Um, and my option is to rent or you could ship. See, I remember we spoke about this. How many weeks you coming for for now? It looks like 10. What? Yeah, I know. Not easy for me. Not easy for me. It's hard to It's hard to leave. Um, I hope to be back here there in the weekday. You know, I'll come myself two, three days. Wow. 10 weeks. That's like a lifechanging. Why would you do be do be so long? I come I have a bungal. I have a bungalow in Monteello. So for 10 weeks you do the bungalow, I think. So the bungalow is 10 weeks. No, like Yeah. I don't bungalow. I'm still Israeli in that point and I'm glad for it. We do go out here and there weekends but uh yes it's the only time I like bar park there's parking is quiet oh finally we got a comment maybe could you say the story of your way back not yet not yet I'm going to explain it again in short I was advised by somebody that LinkedIn and YouTube is not a safe place to advertise these things. Although some people are advertising on WhatsApp and whatever not it's not a big deal. Um it's not so safe. Um there's a small chance that somebody something bad could happen and I don't want to be the one feeding the information. So I'm not taking a so I'm not telling anyone in private when a person meets me in private. No problem. Um it sounds simple. It was a crazy journey. Um, I filmed some of it where I was able to film and once this whole thing is over, I'll share and show and the whole thing. All right. What else? So, you ship your car. Yeah. So, I it was like a new thing for me that I I found out there such a thing of shipping. Now, I I you know, even when I found out about it, I thought it was more like, you know, maybe five cars a year. Then I found out it's a huge business. Tit shipped cars across the country does that. These drivers come with loaded up trailers making a stop here, making a stop there. It's a whole huge business that you like you deal with brokers. You don't even deal with the truckers. You deal with brokers that have like this huge network that all the truckers let them know when they're doing a route. And then even between the brokers, there's so much competition. It's a huge business out there of shipping cars. is the yeen that do this business. I lately found out that there is. Nice. Yeah. So your car is already here. How long does it take to ship? Okay, good. So it's that this is the annoying part that it's unknown. So in other words, they tell you like this. You give us tell us the date you want. We have a fiveday window to pick it up. So let's say I gave in Thursday today and they could come within the next five business days. Uh They don't fill everyone up in your area or something like that. They fill up a full truck. Exactly. They want to fill it up. And I mean, when these truckers, if he has a a car to pick up in Los Angeles, it's considered in the area even though it's a six hour drive. Like what's these guys are driving for hours? Wow. Yeah. Like I follow, you know, the trucks, the stops. Like you think like he goes straight. No way. He's like going around the country until he drops it off. So, you know, they said they actually said that today they're going to pick it up. Um, usually it's not that day and then they have to give them nine days. You have to give them nine days to deliver it. Sometimes takes quicker, sometimes takes longer. I had an interesting story actually about it two years ago. So you know we also it's it's opportunity to put in stuff in the car to be a you know they allow certain amount to be able to ship things you end up taking on the plane. So that's also a benefit. That's a big benefit, right? Okay. So here's the thing. Two years ago, I'm like waiting. When are you guys picking up? When are you guys picking up? Like I always rather than pick it up early, but at least when I arrive, it's waiting for me. Right. So I hear y I'm in sh on Shabas. After I come from Shil, my wife tells me 9:00 the ring of the bell. Okay, we're here to pick up the car. Now, first I was Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, first, you know, they tell you, you don't even have to be there. We just come and we pick it up. First, first I was so mad because what happened was I parked my car in the garage. Had I left it out there, I wouldn't even have known that they came. Would have just came, put it on the truck, and it would have been gone. Anyways, you know, my wife said, "Sorry, we can't do it today. It's Shabas, you know, we could have maybe, you know, here's the key. Press the button." And it could have started in that route. Yes. She's like, "Well, it's a chas." And he's like, "Oh, okay." He's like, "Yeah, I know what you're talking about." Really? Okay. Anyways, I can't Listen. So I came home and then my wife tells me the story. I was like, "Oh man, why didn't I where was my psych? I should have left it outside. Why did I Turns out that it was Basher?" Number one, because there was still some stuff that needed to go into the car, which we didn't put in. Number one. Number two, Sunday morning, I wake up 7 a.m. and I am Someone's calling. Hi, it's the truck. Hi. We decided we're gonna wait. We decided we're going to wait. They had one slot and it was a pity for them. And then this guy is like, "And guess what? I'm from Brooklyn. I actually used to work in Coyle Grocery." No way. And I'm actually going straight to Brooklyn. Wow. And it was two drivers. So truckers could only have a certain amount of hours they're allowed to drive, right? But if it's two guys, they switch off. And he picked it up. He picked it up Sunday morning, like Tuesday afternoon. It was already on 39th Street and between Fort Alton and 12. I wasn't even there yet. I had to ask. So for me, that was the best experience I ever had. That one I always wish I'm domining. That should always be that experience, but never I thought you were going to say that it turned out there was a scam that somebody got a hold of your information and he came to pick up the car and this is good enough. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. He was a Russian guy and he said he's very familiar with Brooklyn and the whole thing. That is so interesting. Yeah. Okay. Um 13 minutes. I don't mind if you let me off the hook because I want to finish in a half hour this opener which usually takes more but I'm trying to focus. I didn't eat. I didn't drink. I didn't do anything. I I don't pick up phone calls. I'm like mom is in the zone because I really think that this is going to help you. I saw the results from the first one. I I want to repeat this. So actually you touched a topic that I'm very passionate about and I want to ask you mentioned you didn't eat yet, right? Do you think that's helping or it's actually making you lose out? So, how old are you? I am 34. I think I think it's also a matter of age for sure. By the 40 is a breaking point for most people around 40. Like a little more a little before, a little I'm still 38, but I feel it already. You need more drink than food. Your body needs more drink than food. it turns around. Once you get older, you really the the more food you have, the worse it is for you. Um, when we're young, then it needs more food and less drink, something like that. So, we're still used to because all our training years was food, food, food. So, we're still used to going food, food, food. I used to be mid on past like a breakfast. The second chaff was over, I used to eat like a large breakfast. And I rather eat throughout the day, but the the breakfast had to be large, like real food and and a dessert. The gaz like a like a meal. Um and I used to think that you can't survive without it. I heard a episode from latest talks from UNRAs which is very much breaking down uh health health the way of health. I know that he has a lot of misn I'm not going to go in if he's good or not. I think he's sincere. I think he means well and I think he knows what he's talking about when it comes to health. Um he had a struggle. He came a long way. And I know people personally that have to do with sugar. Sugar is the basic. What sugar can do to your body, nothing. A rotten vegetable can't do what sugar does. And so the less sugar the better. I also was by Rebelli Stfansky in the house and he also mentioned that he doesn't and and he's every day has a 14-hour routine that doesn't stop and he over 2,000 days now didn't break it. So, so yeah. So, he's Mish doing everything that his body should continue. So, he has his daily walk in the morning, 9 9:00 a.m. with the Gim. You're going to see in the episode you saw in and before 2 p.m. he doesn't eat a thing, only water and sometimes coffee, but no sugar because sugar convinces your body that you're hungry. So, that's one of the tricks people don't realize. The second you put in something sweet, now you're hungry. Oh, of course. Oh, I'm hungry. How can I survive? You can't. You just made yourself hungry. So, the more sugar your body has, the more you crave. I also heard from Azor Madansski, I'm mentioning a bunch of popular people, but that's a fact that it's the first three days of getting off sugar that you mamish, you can climb on a wall from craving, but then it leaves your system and it starts eating the fats which it's supposed to eat. The sugar is for the body like a trick that he eats that instead of the fats and that's why you get fatazak. Um yeah, so the less sugar you give your brain, the more the less food you're going to need. That's one thing I learned. Then I learned that before 2 p.m. you don't need your body doesn't need more than water or coffee with no coffee is just a hobby like I got to do. You don't need coffee, but you can warm yourself up with a coffee with no sugar, which is critical. The no sugar part is critical. So, I stopped eating before 1 p.m. I just stopped. I lost a nice chunk. I lost about 15 pounds. And and yeah, in a span of a month and change and I just got myself into that mode and I I work work work until oneish, sometimes two aaz. Now the best case scenario would be Revelaski takes a shake then with some dates. Dates give a lot of energy and that's where he goes. I try to mimic him most days. The days that I don't I I already feel so full of food. So the less food you eat, the more relaxed you eat, the more the less food you need, the less tired you are. So I'm trying to stay in this routine. But most days it works for me. Right now I haven't eaten a thing. Just a little water since the morning. That's it. And I I want to go for a shake. Sometimes I don't have access to a shake. So maybe a salad is best. If not, I eat a breakfast. I try to keep it small. But once I go into the bread mode and this I I eat up a storm and then and then supper is about 67 latest because you need a good four hours before you go to sleep. So that's something you understand explained that the body cannot eat more than seven hours a day total. So from the 24 hours only 7 hours a day it should work on digesting food and the rest it should rest. So only water. So if I finish by 700 p.m. my supper late is 8. I still have a few hours before I go to sleep. Two is a minimum. Four hours is normal. So your body already digested most of the food and now you can sleep normally without dreaming. Dreams come from food. If you eat and right away go to sleep, you'll have bad dreams. Fact. It's a fact. It says in the movie also, but that always work. I used to have a lot of bad dreams. I don't know why it was it's also connected to the food. And if you if you allow yourself one second. So when whenever you have that um that structure which I think I was clear enough if not go back to Jison's last episode on latest talks he explains it very vividly your mom you sleep better you eat better you need less you have more energy it's amazing is amazing so that was that your topic and it went for a seven minute spam so I really want to get off now it's 20 minutes and I appreciate your time but if you have a question Right. No. So, oh, I hit myself twice. Okay. So, that was that was great. That was great. You answered the question. I actually meant I I thought that you were saying that you didn't need because of a different reason and which that's a topic that I passionate about, but that we won't start now because it's already late. But I was like, put it away. Yeah, we'll put it away for a different time because I think a lot of people want to hear about it. But I I that was beautifully explained and I'm I'm I loved hearing about it. I myself changed a little bit also. I I only eat very healthy. I don't, you know, I don't fast till two o'clock or whatever. I just change to very healthy things, very healthy things for breakfast. Very light, just like a avocado, a pepper or something. Just And and I see a huge difference. I see a huge difference in my day. Yeah. The more vegetables you have, the older you get, the more vegetables and fruits you have, the less you don't need all those meats and starch. Starch is a killer. Starch and sugar is a killer. Start show. I'm not perfect in it. I still love cookies. I still love cakes. If I see a plate of rugal, I'm probably going to beat it up. I I wouldn't even know. But uh I eat a rugalo. If I eat a rugal for breakfast or lunch, I need a nap. Yes. Guaranteed. If you eat one bar, you're knocked out. Yeah. And the less you eat of it, the faster you get knocked out. So on a shooting day, I know it's not to eat. Yeah. And shakes is is just the best thing out there. Oh, I love shakes. Fills you. You don't feel heavy. Isaac, I'm gonna tell you bye-bye for today. I'm so sorry. Yes. Let's wrap it up. It was It was great. Thank you so much. Thank you.
