I know I know this is a huge topic for you every time everybody has so many questions about it I'm surprised to see you in town I haven't seen you in a I don't know I don't know how long it feels like an eternity you live in Arizona you're the symbol of kism in Arizona if I think Arizona I think Isaac Rosman yep um Everybody ask questions my main question is you have six kids I have two and not two I also have six kids B oh and and I'm all I'm very I can't believe that somebody actually got up out of B Park which is another whole uh step everything's so convenient not the houses the houses are tiny but the convenience of of getting everything you need when you need it as a from Jew um getting up and going to Arizona how and why so obviously there's a lot to it um you know starting off with the N my nature as a person that I'm like like a Pioneer I like being like the start you know starting out something or new ideas I love it I always loved it whenever I heard about a new area opening up I literally loved every person that I heard that went to movie even though I never met the person but I would hear this and this name I'm like I love that guy I never saw him but I love him because he Lyon and then where else was in new what about Florida they are they building it yeah Tampa Tampa's yeah they're they're hustling they need somebody like Isaac rman if they want to succeed no I know a little bit what's going on they they're they're they're doing good they're they're trying they're hustling I I really wish them success I want to see that place growing because every place that's going to grow it's going to make it easier for people to be able to go out there in all 50 states right that's the point the point is not the next congestion should be Arizona or the next place everybody's going and honestly that's what happened in Lyndon that's what happening a lot of areas that are still connected somewhat St Island yeah yeah like all of a sudden okay a new area we're all there but what made you get up and go to Arizona it's such a tough Big decisional Life yeah so obviously it has to do also with a little bit like how I was fed up with the way we were living here yeah the honking the honking you know you know what they say it has to bother you enough has to hurt you enough if you to go do something so when people tell me like I would never able to do it like it probably wasn't bothering them as much it was bother me for me the fact that I was just living here just because like everybody's here and everybody's really not everybody wants to see themselves out of here but but they can't do it that bothers me so much I I got to get up and do something about it now he stepping on all my uh all my visman days the the morsa yeah I'm right next to that solar garage over here you have no idea you have no idea how many sirens and hunking so how did you make the final decision what what uh got you excited so what it was these a couple things together so number one I said you know something let me go try it out let me go try it so I went and tried it for 3 weeks a little more and it was very successful everybody was happy wife kids then we said maybe we should try it out for a longer period of time say like a year you know someone explains to me someone that you know I I discussed everything with him and he said there's such a thing that you could try a place for a year yeah but with six kids you don't really try stuff so right it's you can't just jump in and try something that you don't know but I really did a lot of research and in those few weeks when I went the first time I really did my due due diligence to make sure that if I'm coming for year everything is going to be lined up the way I want it to be like I like we'll be here like that we're not going to be losing out on anything wow how much is your oldest 10 and he's totally fine with all this they love it you got to you got to give it to them they're a good sport you know they are not all kids would survive this yeah people tell stop us in the airport and they like say wow looks like your kids are are frequent Travelers like we are but um yeah it's it's a journey and it's something that I'm I'm really passionate that I want it to happen I wanted to see succeeding and just being here and and like a lot of people tell me when there's 100 families then we're ready to come that's not me I want to be the one one that helped it grow to 100 not only that it's also the real estate's going to go up by then and the the the the spaces are not going to be so much available
