It's a kind of it's lacking. Now, like I said, I don't know what's going on other places, but every girl that's in, let's say it's seventh grade, she's probably in eighth grade level. Sixth grade is on a seventh grade level. Why? Because it's smaller classes. individual and being that we have this top top curriculum, we're not we're not ready to sacrifice. It's just it's going further. It's it's it's going quicker quicker than we imagined. So, he's going quicker than I could have ever imagined. the beginning of the I never finished this I was looking forward this guy ending finally for the first time but he was just going too quick I said I'm just holding him up I let him go and um we do have also an amazing thing that we enhance the ins actually that is licensed in behavior like how to deal with behavior >> therapy automated >> not like you know not so not we're not talking about cases but we're talking about just how to deal with situations >> dealing with and especially that it's a little different how to deal with the >> it's a little different stuff have to run a little differently so we did get a professional involved was the it was in person once and then now it's an conference weekly. So and situations that came up in the right way how to go about it. This was a major enhancement was drastically once we started this. Um I think for the part I think this pretty much Great. That's one thing. Another enhancement of something is actually we added English. >> We actually added English. We never thought we'll get there so quickly but that we brainstorm as English teacher. So he teaches class but separately of whatever it is. So this also helps that there's there's movement going on. There's excitement. >> Um I forgot the word that they used for it as there's slipped my mind when we were talking about this but this helped that there's stuff happening that it the kids stay more focused and they don't get bored. Um and I know mentioned Kimation They are shocked bought into an iron minion and that minion is 7 a.m. So the reason how that happened is the day was too short 9 a.m. or the 9:15 whatever we had to start at a normal time. Besides to make seven like that by eight more or less done 8:30 8:40 more or less 9:15 and the same thing with the but that meeting and when I heard that I cringed. >> Mhm. >> I was like announcement. I was shocked. I really am. And I I look at it like this is unbelievable. Yes. There's only one minion and is do we get some lashback people that come on vacation? Yes. Although I will mention a percentage was hing asleep and they're looking for early minions and Grand Canyon whatever. But when we get that flashbackers now, if you come here because you like it, because you want a resort, no problem. But the the resort part, the vacation part that already is a added benefit 7:00, but it used to be 8 8:30 and then Sunday was email later. She can't have a structured day that way. Although like I told him transportation. Well, the smart car pooling is busy. >> Correct. They couldn't do both together. They had to. So it ended up making stuff late and this is another reason 8:45. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Mention if they get an early start. We did it. [snorts] Um now and quicker than we think. So in classrooms, you know, especially the the the girls school just happens to be a lot bigger and with one class too short classroom. So literally over a few days in the backyard room,000 And then again this year with one classroom short. And we did it. We covered it and says do another classroom and back to your question about 100% and not only for today but that's how we look at it. So I would say was we don't have at least a conversation at minimum kick in looking for expansion. Some say we don't need a fant right now. we're managing, you know, if we just maybe a little renovation this and that won't >> need it, but we can use it >> but we could use it and we're also here for the Kim as we see mentioned kicking it on mentioned mentioned Kim um I did also want to mention as mentioned was Kim on vacation we do have our babysitting at our play is is is very felt and there is an option And there is that option to check into the babysitting in the play group. So big was mention might might not even know this about what it takes but is when there's obviously obvious. So let's say a substitute it can be very stressful. So this was all a stress that we realized. Let's do an appearance. What are we going to do that day? So, we're going to How can we ease that up? Feeling stressed. So it's came to the girls school that's actually zand girls you know seminary at that age the bigger girls will actually do substituting and they can actually zand and it's I'm not going to go into it but it's obviously not an easy thing to arrange and the the accommodations have to work out but substitutes just take over class after hours babysitting a mother's helper. This also eased up the the tension just like you know what knows what it is that like why not and like a big actually that we actually have now school Sundays and Fridays. So actually that's it was just too hard to make the arrangements. we were lacking staff. But this year, one of the enhancements is to do, but we do have Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. And it's a big big, right? >> Wow. I do remember one of them was I don't remember which one, >> but this was a big especially as in the play group in the um nursery and we're just literally benched with staff for the plots and that's what's making us such a beautiful Fore [snorts] Wow. >> So I just want to bring out one story that happened actually and it was a very tricky because and I wasn't the only one that wasn't here. I don't think so. So I was sure as starting Sunday at earliest [clears throat] and I mentioned it to him and I like yeah makes sense you know I mean makes sense. I got a phone telling me I just want to make sure right I froze. I was so not expecting that and they took a night out of it on my part because now I have to start calling transportation to let them know it meant work and it was a shaded out that night. I was not looking to work then but we got to work that it makes sense did not was no delay violence out of town you know so I I I believe is There's no on anything. Okay. Mhm. Yeah. [snorts] Yep.
