A Must-Watch for Every Educator & Parent

lifestyle that is engaged and dedicated to that type of of of of communique of communication every teacher was in a unique moment of History why is I mentioned was a student of Hillel and shamai where always come back to the source for guidance But ultimately you find the power and inspiration in yourself understood that in such a moment in Jewish history we can't afford to lose any Talent we can't afford to lose any child we can't afford to lose any creativity we can't afford to lose any gift we can't afford to lose any Soul we can't afford to lose any student we can't there's too much at stake it's too precious a time it's too serious a time to be able to just let people fall down by the sidelines and just say there are always casualties so therefore from all the teachers it was him who have flaws people have great qualities but people also struggle with something and sometimes those struggles take over and they're very profound and very deep and naturally we gravitate to those struggles if you see a student or a trial then you're not ready to be able to see the praise and bring it out you can't be an educator you can't be an educator go get another job sell pencils in contact with anybody even if there's other things going on if I cannot identify and zoom in and tune in to the to the virtues to the greatness to the depth to the genuineness to the sincerity to Winston Churchill put it we create institutions to facilitate our dreams and then we become prisoners to those institutions that we created for our dreams you forget what's the means to an end and what's the end institutions policies rules they're all means the end is people Souls which each soul is the connection to the people the attachment the empowerment the feeling that they have that they're seeing that they're safe they're secure they're sued they're cherished they're valued they're loved you want to bring out the best you want them to fly you want them to dance till the end of
