difference between us and every other contractor is we're not best we're not the smartest and I'm not the best looking but the best the thing that we do better than everybody else we travel with our customers so that a lot of people that used to do work in New York New Jersey yeah 2019 back then yeah what because the because the economy yeah because the what happened with the economy they started do they start they can't afford to buy projects and build projects here in the area they started doing things in different states okay St Louis Missouri Ohio Connecticut all over the place Florida all fabrication needed to remove the whole office we didn't have room for the machines oh wow so we we made a new smaller office I remember there was like a bunch of rooms here the office was very important for my ego right but what could we do we need need room for the machines you know what I'm saying the so you rip down the ego you put some ego over here find some we'll find room for the ego we have enough room for a little bit ego you know a little bit little bit ego thank God okay yeah this is Ron you help him with bringing all the employees no he's a partner Ron is a partner yeah man very nice he's when did you guys decide to make a partnership two years ago two years ago yeah was so nice so he runs the shop he runs the shop and you run everyone crazy hands on exactly this we call the popcorn machine if popcorn's duck work out okay you see let's let's see what it does here come here you see it pulls metal here see the machine is pulling the metal and here it's bending it it actually bends it on the spot it comes out a final piece all they need to do is use that noisy hammer and it becomes a piece how do they know the size they put it in the computer right here see he has a list right here come show us the list brother he has a list right here with the sizes he enters it boom it pops it out but this machine costs more than average house in the United States in how many parts did this machine arrive you were here when it came yeah but I don't remember how three parts one two three and then the metal this coil you see this one each one weighs 10,000 lb this going to Miami that's why we didn't put it together so it should fit on a truck so we're going to put it together in Miami you see you using another dog shop no no no we we put you have another shop in Miami no we have projects in Miami at the project at the project they're going to take two pieces another piece bang it together finished it's ready to go or this is a small duck obviously it could do 24 in 36 in whatever it is small means it's already by the rooms right yeah Small's in the rooms not the main riser for the building this machine cuts the fittings so pieces like this small pieces that you need to cut this is the kind of pieces these kind of pieces are made with the the plasma we're going to show you in a minute custom pieces custom pieces special sizes elbows things like this a big piece going to a small piece all that is cut with that special machine over there who measures these in advance and give them the measurements so we make shop drawings based on the plans based on the engineers plans we make shop drawings we actually do the shop drawings in house we have a shop drawing team in that little ego office no no no no not here not here that's actually happening in Manhattan we have a team of Sketchers they sit there they sketch it and then they take it off from the sketching and do that uhhuh so the fact that you saw the engineer you know 100% even if this is in Miami you know for sure that this is the right size no we still take the engineer's drawing and we make sure that it works first we make a drawing that we confirm that it's actually it's a 3D drawing does it happen some sometimes that you come on site and some parts are missing or some parts are not uh of course it happens what you do you need good people that could also cut something in the in the field and make something on the spot you have no [Music] choice were doing a tour in the shop and he just got a delivery of something big so we're going to see what it is so you see I bring new sheet saves on it pushes it as much as you can yeah wow what are these logos over here these are companies that we work with a lot that's it do a lot of these installations a lot of coer Hunter carrier Mish can train who decided to put it up there I deci decided to put it up here AYSO yeah you know AYSO need a this machine could cut metal any size pretty much thickness cut black Iron quarter inch it just gives it a slice that's it the hanger and the hanger nobody knows what that just we know there's hanger basically this is a a metal slicing machine you know like the guy in the pizza shop cut oh we need it all day I yeah if you're doing so the regular this kind of duct we do with that machine but if you're doing like black Iron for a restaurant uh heavy something like that heavy stuff that machine can't do it so this machine cuts it into piece this does the same thing just yeah just bending it bends any gauge of metal so I'll show you you see this machine here look at this one look at this good you see this this machine this machine and that machine are the same thing this is for normal things for things like this it bends it anything you need to bend custom ah the C bending is here yeah and that is massive heavy bending why would why would the restaurant need a heavier metal for the exhaust you know the exhaust above the chipser look how we have it chained here to the wall who so it doesn't flip over that's because this top here weighs this top here go this piece here weighs thousands of pounds this is like 4,000 lb this the top of the machine this thing itself 4,000 lb so we didn't want to make sure it doesn't flip cuz the the the weight is on top on this machine comes down gives it a knock and bends it this machine is like we had the laser machine the plasma machine for the metal this does the same thing but with the insulation ah it cuts the insulation brother and sister brother and yeah cousins more you know they cousins cousins this one cost $250,000 this one cost 50 you know they're they're not Brothers you know they're cousins cin cousins so this makes round duck they have it all different size this is 10 in goes up to any side goes like 36 in round that's how you see the spiral duct so it's it takes the same uh what's it called that this kind of metal see it's a smaller metal why does it it's a 5 in metal that's how the Spiral goes okay they'll take the whole project from the beginning from the design till the till the end of construction design architecture engineering from yeah beginning to end we could see rooms here we could see lots of uh rooms inside everything's ready you see where grandpa's going to be okay and this is in finishing stages correct was here he's still here or he left already Mishi is finishing up the most incredible HVAC job you've ever seen oh wow this is location so Complete Care is the corporate okay that's the umbrella chain whatever you want to call it and Willow Creek is the location so if you guys have an old age home or something or if you grandpa is in an old age home and you're looking for a contractor to rebuild it or to build a new place I'll tell you exactly what to do I got here Gabriel from Dynamic design and this guy not only that they're the best in this because they do this all day they're the fastest they're the cleanest they keep the schedule everything the best but also and even more than that if you hire this guy I'll be doing the hvc levels there are nursing homes you come in and in the side of the eye you you saw this because you feel so bad for the people there and our nursing homes that you come in and you say those I wasn't at you say at least people are at least they're being treated well you know at least they're I was in such place it's sad it's sad so sad so and the smell the smell and and you think about it you think the are normal people these are good people they're not they're not somebody that okay somebody he he you know he robbed a bank so he deserves to be in central booking and then afterwards in prison so this was an existing building it there was a flood here 2 3 years back so we guarded the entire Place started from scratch we kept the shell of the building from there completely cleared out and started fresh if I need a chill place can I just come chill you're more than welcome so this is going to be uh kind of Lounge the one we're in before with a fireplace is more like a family Lounge hang out with your family loved ones that are residents in the home this is effectively similar concept but more somebody comes in while they're waiting to be seen or somebody comes in for an interview or whatever it is sit down sign in sit down here wait it's in New Jersey New Jersey I have enough room to build a building build a room for if you're waiting for somebody you don't have what to do for the building you know beautiful so there's another entrance that was another entrance and this is the St the staff got a bathroom this bathroom is the size of the lobby in in Brooklyn true true exactly that is it I wouldn't mind taking this as a souvenir for my office at all so everybody leaves at about 8:00 at nighta security guy but he's not the camera's up and running he wants off the cameras up and running yeah yeah no I'll watch you do it see it's but it's a little it's it's the wrong way you know what I'm saying in order for you want to take a picture with it you need you need to be like no how do you say that place where you to get better no it's the same thing as this it's a r up Center Rehab the rehab so they're training people to do different things right so they they bring in the facility in the building they put a car so you could practice going into the car and getting out of the car really yeah so what kind of car it's a Mini Cooper a Cooper a car that hard for healthy people to get in and out so again same concept as a car this for it's ADL adaption to daily living so this is we have a kitchen we have a bathroom we have a bedroom everything so that when a patient is in rehab they bring them here teach them how to easily get in and out of bed how to prep a meal how to get into a typical shower use a bathroom stage it's a play exactly so a lot of buildings will have completely not even functional they'll have laundry facilities gym the sink might not even have water concept but here since again we we all new construction it was very minimal to just get everything 100% functional and again it's definitely a matter of function [Music] so you see we found something that's wrong this is the condensers they made us put this Hood up the engineers this thing on top so the ear doesn't blow you see the ear the hot ear is going to blow up on top and then some of it's is going to get pushed back to the side this is where the cold ear comes so instead the engineer wanted us to put this up here and it's just going to go that way and fromes the shop yeah yep exactly there's a beautiful example of what we love about mosha we have a hood installed looks as if it's meant to be here nothing added afterward is part of the machine it's an addition unless you pointed it out yeah thank God looks good I thought it's part of the machine yeah is this like the consider the the bigger size machines do youer it could be everything it could be a rooftop that's that's 100 ton there's 100 ton rooftops too right you mean a rooftop they're all like one one no no it's a rooftop that's not on the roof you know what I'm saying yeah have a rooftop it's not on the roof have another gorgeous Courtyard here take a look at if you want yeah we like it's not an exit so just be careful that you don't exit over here it's a trapped exit if you exit here you're trapped oh that's why it says I thought it's to tell the residents don't exit no it's basic it's really Code Compliance because if God forbid there's a fire or any other need to evacuate exactly you don't got two so these are rent a place to film something in a hospital we can talk no but yeah they're not have L yet not yet actually have for the lights very cool stuff over here controls the TV the nurse call there we go yeah you here by the nurse station nice bathroom you spent how much time did you spend in this place feels like since the day I was born feels like how how long did he spend I've actually been here a chop chicks so all chop chicks together and turn what's special about this kind of stuff it's like a ventilating system or this is a AC unit regular yeah but there is a fresh it need it needed to fit here because we have a problem with the ceiling hat it needed to fit very narrow between beams so this was the best type to fit up so it's a regular unit just just flat on the on the B is flat and it goes between the beams yeah AC usually on that's something that moso is able to pull out for us also we throw challenges at him we have something like this you know we want we don't want to bring our ceilings down this thing did not need that duck on the top and that one also didn't need it right cuz we don't have roof so if you notice these are pulled forward exactly over there they needed it anywhere that it's sitting under a roof I believe the clearances are what 24 in or something requireed there is a clearance for the unit to operate most efficiently so over here you don't have a roof over it so the a has plenty of place to go over there it needs to be pushed out from under the roof okay now we're going to another complete here we're going to cuz it's on the way so we'll make a car cost a little less little less than a car not like the machines in the shop that cost more than a car yeah more than a house so this is connected already that will be connected in connecting it lot of pressure in that he wanted to put them so okay thank you guys this project is a they bring built panels and they put it together they build it in Kasa and they put it together here it's interesting thing to show about this yes there's no tax it's not like you're doing something in China really it it works it works perfect this whole building went up in few months really goes real fast the whole thing they just put it now they have to connect HVAC and HVAC electric plumbing all that they do locally wow yeah that's it I need a coil temperature leaving the coil at 45° right so the only way dyin could do it is if they put two units what about so we could do two units I he doesn't care if you do two units if you do two units it make you need to make a massive redesign we have the customer pi and Ellie um they they could answer that what do you what do you want to know when when they need this ready by Penny when do you need this by so we're starting Foundation this week I need the midd done I guess within two weeks no no he's talking about this is the guy that that could design a different unit that could match the specs in one he could bring us a Aon unit let's let's say we're six months we're six months from meeting the unit on that roof this is a customer that's building a project actually it's a hospital in Florida and they're extending a area on this Hospital okay now the engineer specified a certain unit a specific rooftop unit a very big rooftop unit we're talking about a rooftop unit that cost hundreds thousands of dollars a massive machine and uh that unit is not in the make anymore the manufacturer of that's not making it why because there's not enough demand I don't know I don't know why so now we need a design a new machine to match that this so you were now with the client and the engineer the client the engineer and the and the manufacturer wow yep so we go over the details they try to design it they figure something out they submit it to the engineer engineer looks at it it's a whole process of getting the right equipment these are the complicated jobs then the simple jobs right somebody builds a multif family a lot of houses those are simple right but sometimes the engineer goes and specifies something fancy something expensive and the customer he just wants to fill it up with tenants right now he's not going to invest for the fanish ma machines so he comes back to me mosha how do we make this cheaper what can we do uh what can we do have a job in Ohio and it's costing this way how can we make it cheaper really so we design it change it if the engineer gives it the blessing it's good if the engineer doesn't give it the blessing we redesign then the customer goes to the engineer and complains why he doesn't give the one of my superintendent and ask them who is the best contractor that's on every single job site and it's really them when they say they come they come on time they finish it they clean up after themselves most of the time they cut a few beams whatever that's what it is what it is we work around it Ellie here he's he covers all Connecticut this guy so he goes around for the job sites for you in Connecticut he's the chief of he's my partner in Connecticut cont so we're not confused over here okay he got so we got approvals in this property it's five buildings to turn these into live work units because it's commercial so it's like offices and storage units so we got approvals for these two buildings it's 14 units this is four and 10 we're going to start with this okay proof of concept if it works out we'll get the rentals and the whatever that we got cheap contractors to do it mem will continue with the next building which we have approvals for and once this works then we'll get the rest of the buildings approved I see lots of trump supporters in here lots of trump supporters first I'm going to put this in the car I don't want to why you look good walking around with yeah yeah but then let me tell you if I walk into the job site with this today they're tomorrow they're all showing up with six packs of beer you so put it away but basically the concept is you're going to architect you'll be able to bring clients over here it's it's a live work concept so when are they moving when are they doing their job over here that's really why I'm here today I want to see if they with a milk kitchen a f Su kitchen all 100% with a big dining room that you could sit 60 70 people easily are you the real stuff real yeah this is not this is not like a PL like a screen that puts up
