Welcome to another episode of positivity. I'm very  excited today to bring up uh we're good friends   connected for a few years already. Nachy Yavo. welcome Eli. well  thank you thank you. um I'm very excited to bring   you on. First of all, let us start with the story of you. I know you have an  interesting story originally I think from Williamsburg or local. I grew up in Williamsburg, I was raised in Williamsburg. Today we see you travel all over. Yeah today I am all over the place, it's not so clear where I am, but at this point now I am between America, Israel and Colombia. These 3 countries I am more less associated with.  Right. Growing up, did you always want to travel?   Was that like a thing? So travel is my profile  bio, travel is life. So I really love to travel, It's very healthy for me as well. I feel that I always see different people different  mentalities so travel by me is my number one thing that I like. Did it fascinate you as a kid? Did you enjoy it? Were you looking forward to this? I don't know if this was my dream to travel but it became my dream, let's put it this  way. At this point traveling for me is wow. Right So you grew up where in Williamsburg? I grew up on Rutlidge Street in Williamsburg, I learnt in a bunch of Talmudei Torah (schools), I ended up in Satmar, but I started as a young boy in a bunch of chadarim where I was but I ended up in kitah ח in Satmar, then I went to yeshiva, the aronisha yeshiva, Beer Hatorah Hershel Ahkenazi, the menhal, and that's where my journey started. um question so I'm guess I'm just gonna answer you  because otherwise easy okay so from there you got   married to in B I got married to Israel so when I  was 16 yeah okay engaged wow why so early this so guess trouble at that point mainly  [Music] cigarettes my main problems   commity so my father had I get a good  you know he want he wanted something   good I believe and just to get you  married and life will be settled ultimate solution happens to be that I  got married to a very very good woman I   get Adell um she's a special woman I'm sure  you see my stuff on Instagram and uh um you   know she's the mother of my beautiful  kid mikali uh mikali the known mikali   yeah and uh yeah so when I was 16 we got  engaged 17 we got married I would say   literally on my birthday or a week later  whatever we got married on 17 and then um York at that point and obviously I moov tokk and I lived there for right  and okay so the way so's the we were looking through your page the picture   used to post like pictures on a  time yeah Place posting like same pictures I would say five years um from 16 till 20   and um hled you're talking  about 16 hours a day money driven I didn't know what of V so is gonna get the solution because  you're making money right and uh you're just   working very hard and another problem that  car has had is that that you make money but   when you don't work so when I used to go to  Israel for a month you didn't make money so I   get the hustle I made money but but I didn't see  my future and because I also got very comfortable in a solution for temporary the problem is when  you get used to it in a certain situation again   job respect you know respect but when some wants  to go forward in life because you get very used   to it nobody bothers you you wake up in the  morning you do whatever you want but you make money store because I I always drive I want  to have my business so I I started started   doing VIP had a company that basically show Fair  service services and um they about 20 I would say yeah Abraham Schwarz he travels the  states and the country he had to get   himself escalated but expedition to  be exact but it was very expensive I'm driving a ni car you know comfortable like this I build it up  and I had a big group on WhatsApp and know um but again then Journey um ex you know she wants to  move back and um you know so because you know once I get divorce she lives  her life and it's for her comfortable to have my   daughter next to her next to her family  so I said okay so I'm going to move with   you to Israel soost the company but you know I  was basically making one of the stories where like so he was the only person so what's the story of this the story is simple I want to live the American life this  is not easy but I pulled it through um and I   still made money from drivers right local  D simple taxes tax 130% on any luxury car 230h so again so more for the you know for  just to live normal yeah I want to have a good sharp U-turn right right divorce divorce  everything want so by The End by the end what   ended up happening is that and from the company  but it was very very like tough from the company   do but but I wasn't able to live meaning to say  at a certain point after two years I was like enough barely to cover and  Ming business I I got to do something hello friends thank you for checking out  the podcast I really I'll do my best to be with you   but I have to go make money it was very sad but  uh I did it and I came back to New York and like I want to sit by a computer  sopr so I went to him and I told him why Tak didn't you go into car St and they I'll figure it out so I did  it and I sat down in the office okay so desk approv the desk in [Music] whatever basally physically you know just just  being smart so exactly so so I was like wow okay that point take over so escalate whatever  from vurg and the place like while I'm doing it I figured it out fig I started being smarter like  after a week or two I started figuring out that   I have to track the cars in order to to make  sure that you know if the guy doesn't pay me G I want to get rid of my Lee the office  lot drop up the car get whatever C plates for the buy obviously contract  of course is credit so we had a very   strict Conta contract three days  late the car is repossessed period option we just made money every repossession I  doubled it you mention because for the customer upet mention upet mention upset of is was you  know sometimes people made their payments on   time the car was still repossessed so the reason  why reasons number one to mess my system and the   tracking devices the second you messed up with my  with my uh tracking devices the cars we possessed   the same thing by the way everything was on the  contract and number two is mention insurance now   my office used to call the customers and tell  them your insurance policy is about to last we   used to be notified insurance policy because if  the car doesn't have insurance and the car gets total yeah but you basically Bally responsible feel comfortable  that somebody's taking care of it so so so we   we did it very very good and and um I'm trying  to think here 10 probably 10% of services no many how many people are screw and the years of  of of this six years that I had the company it was   thousands of cars 100% okay fine I would say that  the most trouble I had with the leas takeovers   was the young people the the youngster between 18  and 21 that was the first two years possession B Reas wasn't troublemakers first time the first  time exactly so I made a policy after two years   that I got a lot of problems I figured I'm  going to cut down the under 21 can under 21   made taking cars and then it became yeah it  did help shine meaning to say 50% problems   got solved side question were you making money  like in the first years which I'm not going to   lie so normally I want to say The Story Goes  sad and then no I started making money right away Way Instagram you were tough you were a tough and  and I want to explain you something again the   element hurt at this point I apologize but that I  did something to hurt you it was policies of the   company that if you don't follow you cannot  be a customer it's a hard company guys to   have a company with a over thousand cars on  the road with no credit and you deal with a   lot of craziness yeah and guess what mention  whoever knows me a little bit closer knows   soft but I didn't give into it meaning to say  if somebody called me out my mom died yesterday   I didn't give a courtesy I used to tell them  I'm sorry you didn't make the payment you're   3 days late and the car is repossessed  is because otherwise this company would   wouldn't exist and there the reason why there  was like 20 companies like that that Tri they   closed down within 2 3 4 5 months how many  people were working for you at this time uh   two three I would say 10 to 12 10 to 12 salesmen  and man or lot managers and uh whatever drivers   got a yeah I had a lot when you took in a car  you had to probably clean it had I had my own   car and then I had a company working o changes  wow okay so days in um I would say six years in   we had a lot of problems towards the end and  in short I had to close down it was no option   I had to close down the company closed down and at  that point so that's how the Elegant Smile the car compan before we started I started um doing  the yelling and smile and so right away when I   finished completely the cars I put fully focus  on the V on the Elegant Smile and just start   working heavy okay so let's get into the Elegant  Smile because people now know you as the So Co   call let's get into the controversial  question which is mention their split between so they a simple simple  The Elegant Smile um obviously   basically I would say like this The  Elegant Smile does kmetic I mention the bottom the top just cosmetic no  health no root canals no everything is   good he just want to have beautiful teeth  should stay the color that he wants mean person what I that's what I sell proud this basic  down business card people see you they're like wow   nice teeth by the way I can do this exactly now  some people are like it's too white through this   guys this is not an issue issue this is a simple  simple option smile the option yellowish natural   white very white Ando so there's nothing to be  worried if you want to get we can do so much   like so nor cosmetic P but then you have you  know a lot of people that have serious istic   mind is ma basically cosmetic is beauty sign  and they just want to have perfect saying it's   on the outside basically yeah and then you have  people that have crowns implants root canals bone   surgeries you know bone grafting gum surgery I  guess to do it over here you're talking about   five times the price in colia right I'm sorry  five times the price in New York than in colia in colia about $110,000 you have a full  Mount of exactly you said it very well   between 50 and $100,000 in New York  I'm talking about good jobs you can   always 50 to 100 you said 50,000,000 few  people that my aunt and whatever like you know colia guys you know I'm not the cheapest  in colia I work with American customers I have   to do quality work for the lab um so I'm not  going to be the cheapest in so anybody wants   the cheapest in Colombia it's not my address the  El SM does the best work in Columbia and the best   price that's possible which is still very cheap  considered anywhere else in charge of it yeah and   and and at this point you know when people are  coming and saying listen I found I'm go no no   issue you're more than welcome if anybody wants  let me put it this way a person that flies all   the way to Colombia to do his teeth for cheap  and he wants to go to the cheapest in Colombia   I don't have any talking discussions for it  because it's stupid any person that goes and   pays the cheap it's like you're going to go  to any you know there's a there's there's a   word in it when you pay the cheapest you pay  double there's no there's no other way out because we're doing it for a good few  years and we have very you know a lot of   people that person that went they were very  happy teeth andain like if somebody has a problem take care of it so that's amazing  by way I agree that spend because I know   in my company social media marketing  and I also charge a premium price for   a premium service but you know what  you deliver exactly when they tell me that's my sh and works because I had it in the  past more than one person they went to different   places and and again dentist in colia but do put  the dentistes at least not a few thousand it's   very popular and yeah teeth are it's known medene  has the best dentist in the world Google search   and says you know it just people sometimes have  to learn and and and and another thing sometimes   people don't have the money so wait wait another  two three four months save up another few thousand   and do the right way wow what you want to say  something and by the way yes so by the way and a   little announcement which I still didn't announce  anywhere um the Elegance smile is opening a   location in New York wow uh yeah very soon I'm not  going to talk much about it but it's going to be   um much cheaper than places in New York it's not  going to be colan prices how can you do it because   we're working very hard with the with a local lab  that were able to get good deals with you know for   crowns and vene whatever basically we're trying to  aim to make very very good prices again we're not   going to get close to Colombia but it's still  going to be very cheap because I have a lot of   people that resources yeah we have a lot of people  that call up our office and they can't go to   Colombia they have to do it in New York and they  ready to pay and so we decided we're going to open   it over here and we're going to talk more about  it when it happens but for now I'm just saying it   yeah very nice congratulations um question is this  business making money and not to get into personal   days I'm asking because people I want people to  see can hear your journey like did this one work   out okay so I have news for you this the cars work  just as fine I made a lot of money in the cars and it's a different business it's a different you  know you know nothing is combined with each other   but yes I'm making money I think you see a little  bit I live my life you know yeah um Gish so yes I   guess how do you how do you stay uh motivated in  our business like especially D it's a lot about   sales people have to get to you so that's that's  already once you have one business you know I do   a lot of things and um which uh we won't talk now  but my main business I would say at this point   is the Elegant Smile and the cars was my main  business at that point as long you you see you   you get you get used to it mean to say you know  that January and February is a slower month so   you don't you can't wake up and say [ __ ] there's  no no money there's no it's dou tripl not to get I   used to be by the beginning when I open secured  you can't handle I couldn't handle it ups and   downs yeah like I was like yeah like what's going  on what happened now full month three sales you   have overhead you have how are you doing it so  but you get used to it it took me a year and two   and then I exp then I I saw by the end of but the  end of the game you have you look at you know the   at the final year how much you made the year you  look how much you know which months were better   less and you just learn to to chill even when  things are not good you're just waiting it out   it's going to come don't worry relax do what you  got to do do your sales make sure you know you do   everything you could your sales should continue  as usual and whatever happens happen is going to   happen I mean so if your business is in Colombia  vaka what do you usually do in New York they is   just so the sales offices do oh okay Wall Street  um and the um but New York is not necessarily for   the New York is certain meetings and um have been  involved in crypto which is also something that   we're not going to discuss today yeah um there's  something big something very big coming up also   in the crypto industry I had a good uh last two  years in crypto so this is also something that I   won't discuss um but we're going to we're about  to launch like also very very you guys involved   you're going to put your name something very big  something very big in crypto and whoever wants to   learn how to make money in crypto McKennon joining  the team right so it's going to be a very very   interesting journey and a nice Journey crypto is  crypto is is the new future you know what I mean   so 100% yeah people I know people don't believe  in it and I understand it also it took me a long   time till I got involved and a lot of you know  people used to tell me do cash advance do this do   that I I never did anything and it took me a long  time to get into crypto as well but right like so   I know crypto is working crypto is good if you  know how to do it what you do you're good right   um I think the main question that people want  to know is they they know n out there like this   bold personality like a the and it is business and  for those who follow you on social media you have   a big following not a big following somehow guys  we're talking about following I don't know how I   have 13,000 followers when I walk down the street  I'm not kidding I know it sounds a littleit does but AC I'm totally fine so guys hit the follow stop talking the  problem the simple T is and by the way if you   really want to I'll give you two answers number  one two reasons number one a lot of people just   don't want to follow and they're not even  seeing your content of Instagram they see   it off Google Drive you'll be surprised how  WhatsApp yeah you know me mention WhatsApp   and they don't have Instagram so you want  to tell me that's why from WhatsApp 100% I   didn't even think the second Z is is that  you're doing social media and you're very   great at putting up stories M but you've  never given somebody a real reason to   follow you the post uh consistent reals and  reals is the thing that reaches new people   yeah but tell you something you're asking why  you don't have no you're asking why you don't   have the following host Nish because there  is no reason to follow you meaning as the   gave a reason to follow you you have to post  interesting cool stuff follow yeah but I'm   saying that there's no way mention if you were  to post reals every day by the way you did ITP video went viral and probably the week that  you did that you got a lot of new followers   if you'll Contin also this month somehow I  don't know million people saw my 942 so if   because of New Year probably went to check out  your page but I'm saying if you were to post   reals every single day then you would then you  would reach new somebody who knows talking you   know you know how it works that there is other  social media platforms which I'm shocked to see I   don't think you're very active like LinkedIn for  example I'm not I'm not following come out of L   yeah I have 1,000 followers over there  and that they sit on LinkedIn LinkedIn   is business there's no videos Do videos but  it's very so I would say expand to LinkedIn   expand to like Instagram a bunch Instagram  bought me a lot of money for the cars and   for Branding but I guess I'm not enough  focused for it and if you're telling me   that it's it's it's more money to the account  I guess I'll I'll work on it start posting and then he walks to minan video the video but I post it people  see it like link page so they come and   they follow me so simply if you  post reals you're going to your   followers are going to go look  at this point man Instagram is z fake videos guess unfortunately say the list so  basically is open you know you want to meet up   with me and there's a lot of people want to know  what's going on so complicated whatever you see ex and I'm not embarrassed of saying it Instagram  life let me let me make it once and for all clear   for All Humans out there okay Instagram life  meaning of Instagram is 100% real there's nothing fake I'm not going to say that it's a  cheap a cheap life it's it cost gu but   make money but what you think it cost $10  million a year $15 million a year very far   okay very very far so under Dimension follow  celebrities so give me the bower life the D CAC uh this this is your apartment so  this is apartment Empire State Building   building yeah one of the nicest views in the city  um I don't think this is cheap so okay so OB in   the video but this is City I work hard I want to  live a good life not a normal life I want to live   a good life I'm working very hard and expend  this right simple right um first class tickets average, go you I'm asking give  us the the okay so let me give   you the tools to fly business  class fly bus class wow award travel meny D is the best at travel agent  I dealt in the past with others meny D is and he doesn't book by the way shabas but  mean to say when I used to travel shabas he   never book me a flight on shabas he has  his religion I'm respecting it and um   but it get the best for anything I do so meaning  all the business flights and 90% it's not even   points but points let's put it this way myy  knows to get me the best deals for the best   pricing sometimes he uses points sometimes he uses  my money he has my account information he knows   what to do and I get in but n I'm not goingon to  lie the only place the last I yesterday I spoke   to meny about it when I flew last time economy  I'm talking about long distance because to Miami   I can still fly economy um to I think  the Mexico is the most like three hours maybe by the way you saw it so by I'm a big guy by the way I'm  on my way down that's another disc   when get there but by the way it was a  mistake at that point point I'm happy but say when you start off with business  class how much on average is a ticket from   here to Israel what is it like 5,000 on  average why one ways two ways what are   you asking one way depends sometimes I can  pay uh2 and a half $3,000 sometimes you can   pay 5,000 wow but it all depends but I can  tell you again m is doing a good job and   I appreciate what he does and I sent him a  lot of people and whoever I sent to Mendy is   very happy with him he's doing VIP he's taking  care anytime I text him now within once he's   answering the phone there's no such a thing that  he does want to see yeah let's call Mendy just to   show you how this guy works anytime if he's not  answering myy there going to be a big problem   but I'm going to call him just to show you it  doesn't matter what time when the guy is always here Mandy I'm on a podcast right now and I just wanted to prove a point bye okay I hear you the H Journey because post  inspired I was doing now the ever heard of the   75 hard challenge two workouts a day like  no alcohol and to read a book every day   and uh what else is the main things so I  also got very into exercise especially I   feel that exercise just it doesn't allow  me to get depressed and a lot of people   so okay tell me your journey so my story was  two months ago 60 days probably it's exactly   two months yeah me and my partner from the  elegant M Andy nman we went to a shabas meal   uh we walked from his house to another friend's  house which was 12 minutes yeah 12 minutes walk I'm 31 years old then I went up on the scale  290 it's a lot I'm 31 years old I'm supposed to be so I told Mandy tomorrow Sunday I'm starting I'm  not touching bread protein only call a private   trainer I called up UDA this guyn and I'm taking  myself in my hand doesn't nobody is stopping me right because I'm unhealthy stuff I eat a lot of pizza I used to  eat a lot of pizza a lot of cheese a lot of butter   like f yeah and I don't eat healthy I don't eat  like vegetables and and so but I decided I'm not   stopping I'm just doing it period and that's it  and since then till today I didn't miss one day   in the gym one hour a day at least if not more  wow okay I'm eating very healthy I atat a lot   of protein I drink a lot of water right and I  lost 39 lbs wow 39 lbs that's two sizes that's   I I didn't check my sizes my shirts are big my  jackets are big I lost a lot and I'm on my way   down I'm not Stu before I get to 185 you're not  finding n you know stopping anywhere and even   after that I'm planning to cut down on cigarettes  I don't know if 100% but I'm planning to cut down   my my I I got to change and also people ask me  why didn't you do a zic why didn't you do this   why didn't you do that I decided that I want to  change it over here I got to be a healthy person   you know about the 50 be able to run and to do  and to live and I figured if I'm going to do all   these tricks around I'm not making it away some  people works and I know the only way for me to be   really healthy is to change my mindset right so  once you change your mindset I'm still not used   to it I'm still not getting used toim but again  the results is the best the best meaning Monday   morning I I get my happiness back every Monday  morning I go up and this like okay it was worth   it wow you know what I mean by the that's a  lot 409 almost 40b and 60 days is a lot sick   mean yeah congratulations thank you appreciate  it um okay one of the most uh questions that   people the the the most the the like the number  one question I think people want to know by way   I'm not stopping to smoke okay but go ahead fourth  cigarette for this podcast I never liked it by the way um I one of the questions that I think most  people have for you is the confidence people see   they see you with people they see you they see you  having a good time and it seems and it seems like   you have confidence I know people I know people  that know you closely and they tell me that it's   real you have a real confidence so conference  like like been doing do you think it comes   from a healthy place or unhealthy place look I'm  not gonna lie meaning to say when I was a young kid means that I used to be the black guy  in school you know I I had a tough a tough   childhood and in in protection I always  need to prove and to fight and to show   that I'm winning and then nobody's  going to call me like that I'm like that guy I have a lot of friends but me say  treated in in racist vague me to say community right that's the I was born happens to be at this point I would never be so happy but at that point  appreciate the beauty I didn't know anything so so over my life fighting for my  survival F that's where it   comes into business and it comes into  anything in my life you have to prove yourself whatever I thought nothing  ever stopped me any industry sued   obviously with God's help only but mean to say challenges challenges if I don't have challenges   is about challenge me right I'll  prove you I'll make it happen so business same thing it's it's all it's  on the same record mean to say that's   in order to succeed in a business that  you got to do you got to do stuff that if you come if you walk into a meeting you're  putting down your feet and you're looking at   him you're telling him listen this is how it's  going to work this going to happen even the guy   is 50 times richer than you which I had it 100  times I sat with multi-millionaires a lot of   times and they look at me like who the who are  you whatever I say I back my I back out my words   and this is how it's going to work and this is  how it's going to happen and guess what they all   join right because everybody wants to be part of  a strong team right um a lot of people listening   to this are are single and they're they're looking  to conversation okay but no but tell us go ahead   in dating why you advice in dating I'll be  honest with you so that's what I want to know   is your success I know you've been successful in  dating is is your success and dating bad PL that   like you don't care what they think about you  other healthiness the the success when is very   different if you're hurt if you're hurt no I'm  not walking at this so let me tell you something   at this point confident happy and what I went  through but there absolutely a success when   you're going out on dates and you meet girls  or whatever it is yeah that you are who you are you're a little bit concerned of taking  off your shirt shirt and swag belly right   so automatically they connect to wow he's  confident he doesn't give a sh he doesn't   care about anything he has his communicate he's  respectful to me obviously obviously you have to   be very respectful to girls and that's how you  know mention you know are just okay it's not   about the belly it's not about how you look like  but the way you say it so zero confidence and so   how do we how do we get how do you work  on your confidence how do you work on the confidence in anything position I'm always working  to get better and guess what what do you think   where I am multiple multiple business that I do  I'm G to look for more and more and more and to   grow but at this point the bowler that's how you  know me can't by the way people know me bowling   since I was in car service that's what I want to  tell you it doesn't matter how much money I had   in my bank account or I lost or I didn't have I  was in a minus multiple times in these six years   business provide Power and power comes back to  you mean to say when vast and the and the beliefs   in yourself that you're a power a power machine  it's okay so you're going to have a hard month two   three four a year but you're going to continue  being powerful and believ in yourself right so   if that's what you're going to do you're going to  bring it to you and you're going to be confident   right I understand wow wow um but a lot of people  they've been so hurt like yourself and they can't   believe in themselves you realize you turned it  around and why most people have a similar journey   to you and they they fall they go on drugs they  do that they do this by the way another thing if   we're talking about I know that people are not  going to believe me yeah but guys I'm 31 years   old and I never in my life drank alcohol okay you  also didn't know right no I didn't drink alcohol   ever and I never did drugs Trump style I guess  how come why not and people tell me but what   but but you're going to you're partying you're  opening tables you doing guys I never Dr alol I   open bottles I pay for the bottles alcohol or you  just been a happy mench it sounds very interesting   but that's who I am connects your energy yeah  if I have over here a group of 20 people five   five people have get attitude they have [ __ ]  attitude okay um I'm not going to associate he   connects the energy and if good energy is around  me they're going to be next to me they're GNA get   of my energy as well so it's that's how I do it  mean to say simple as that the real answer I just   don't need it I'm disgusted by alcohol I think  the taste is disgusting but you know I understand   people you know every body drinks but mean to say  for me I just don't like it but I don't need it I   just don't need it um I'm curious very curious  see this healing of the therapy of the breath   work of the if you're into it or not so here's the  story if I went in the past I'm not in the last   seven eight years yeah I didn't see a therapist  I need a therapist emergency but I I but I did   not do therapy in the last seven eight years but  I did a lot of therapy why do I need why are you   saying that you need yeah I need therapy because  pass I have a lot of things that I know it does   not hurt me but I know it sits there okay and  I'm not stupid I'm well aware of what's going   on right and I and I'm going to take care of it  one day at this point I just don't have the time   for it and I want to take care of it but I can  tell you one thing that since I'm 10 years old   I went to a lot of therapists and I spend hundreds  or thousands of hours by therapists okay so I I uh   um the answer is yes I did a lot of therapy  but not recently not in the last few years   and did you feel I feel that it works I was too  young to answer that what about meditation the   first of a flight it gives you a perfect  time to meditate meditate people think of   meditation yeah just UT just chill I can do  it I'm not doing it a lot meditation mind to   watch your own thoughts that's very healthy  because it tells you T of what you think on   yourself right a meditator but I believe that  breathing is very
