Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Own It
2026 retreat.
What is Own It 2026? Own It 2026 is a
corporate retreat for a [music] company
that is taking out all their top
executive employees to a retreat just
for one purpose [music] and one mission
to bring everybody together under one
ceiling, under one roof, and give them a
good time. Now, the theme of this
retreat is university. What does the
theme university have to do with Own It?
Very simple. When you go to university,
what do they teach you? To own things,
to take leadership. This is what the
goal is. The goal is that every single
person that comes here should own their
tasks, own their projects, own their
mission, own their These are ownership.
These are leadership people. This is a
proper university brought to life.

>> When creating such an event, one of the
most key important elements is bringing
out the company culture, the colors,
[music] the company logo, the company
mission statements, everything together
on one page to make sure that everybody
sees it. It's all about the messaging
and it's all about the details. Take a
look at the apron, custom branded,
beautiful. How do you make sure people
are always happy? The answer is you give
them food.
Not only food, a lot of food. And not
only a little bit of the time, all the
time. We have a 24-hour team over here
built [music] out of love. Details after
details after details. Now, we wanted to
make sure that every single person has
whatever they want, whenever they want,
at any given moment.
I'll give you 5 seconds if you can guess
what these are. 5 4 3 2 1. You're wrong.
Yoga mats. Yes, yoga mats. We have the
yoga sessions here at the beach. We have
a yoga instructor.
It's Monday morning. The time is now
11:35.
Getting ready all our guests. We're
taking them offsite. We rented a private
bowling [music] alley to give them a
good time.
>> [music]
>> Fun fact, we have over here 46 people
working around the clock at any given
moment. Over 2,500 hours went into
planning this event. 32 Zoom meetings,
12 in-person [music] meetings,
approximately 136 cups of coffee.
Regarding design in the core, we have a
separate booklet that is basically 30-40
pages. [music] Every single function,
exactly the floor plan, the mood board,
the vision, what is needed for every
single function to set yourself UP TO
SUCCESS.
>> [music]
>> BASICALLY, YOU'RE WALKING INTO TARGET.
WHATEVER YOU'RE GOING TO FIND OVER
THERE, you're going to find over here,
but just with the company's branded
[music] logo.
This is not Target. This is a Louis
Vuitton. I I mean Green Events. In a
university, you have a cafeteria. So, we
built a cafeteria. We obviously need a
room for food to be served and you know,
we have breakfast, we have lunch. If we
do it, we do it right. So, we built them
a cafeteria. But, when you [music] build
a cafeteria, you got to build a
cafeteria the right way. So, take a look
what we did. First of all,
we had custom tables, custom benches
being built specially for us. We brought
carpenters from all over the world.
We built this to make it look exactly
like you're sitting in a cafeteria.
Obviously, the bars, the way how we
presented the foods, branded. It's all
about the branding, it's all about the
details.
>> [music]
>> This is what we do when we have to make
a yeshiva ion. When you're running a
5-day production like this that's
happening multiple events
one after the next, you got to be proper
set up because food and beverage is such
an important aspect of the event. It's
not only food makes the mood. It's a lot
deeper than that. Food speaks to the
heart. There's emotions involved. If you
have good food, you have good energy,
you have good vibes, you have good
company, you have everything. We wrote
down a team of Mashgichim to make sure
how we could do it. We figured out one
of the best ways to do it is we split
it. Milchik, Fleishik, indoors,
outdoors. Here we set up a mobile
kitchen. This is [music] part of the
operation. We're setting up dinner. We
have everything we need. We have the
best chef. We have the best team, the
best culinary team in the world. How
often do you get to sit dinner
on the beach?
So seating on the lower level and buffet
on the upper level. We're in the
finishing stages of setting up the
buffet for tonight's event, for the
night's dinner. So we have like [music]
this. Tonight on the menu we have a few
different types of stations. We have the
Mexican street food station. And here we
have a snack bar. Now, this is one of my
favorites, all right? Here we have,
tada, bao buns, all right? This is like
a soft, fluffy, yummy, delicious pita.
Something you don't see on a daily
basis, filled with pulled brisket,
overnight [music]
marinated, 24-hour braised, all
different types of homemade sauces.
Right, Chef? I got it right? And take a
look at the smoked brisket. Smoked,
yummy,
delicious
brisket. You look at this, it smells
good from a mile away. Not only brisket,
we have naval pastrami, we have homemade
sausages, roasted lamb, short ribs,
corned beef of course, a variety of
smoked poultry, with duck, with chicken
and turkey. And of course, we need some
salads for the vegetarians out there. I
hope they'll be satisfied, at least as
much satisfied that [music] I'm going to
be from my bao buns.
Wow.
Unbelievable. So we're getting ready for
tonight, the prom main gala. This is a
room that's open 3 hours before the
actual gala begins, for everybody to get
ready and to prepare themselves for the
prom, for the gala. We have all
different types of services, manicure,
pedicure, makeup for the ladies,
massages,
barbers. We have all different types of
spa features and elements, just to we
people relaxed and into the zone and
ready for the gala. So they come with
good vibes and good energy.
>> We're creating two separate spaces. One
space is for the prom night gala dinner
and the other space is for the after
party. People are always asking me,
"What are custom dance floors? What are
dance floors? What are custom floors?"
We need to first build a floor and then
there's something called a decal. What
is a decal? It's a very very very thick
and big sticker [music] and then there's
an installation company which actually
comes down to install it. Installation
process is extremely important because
if you don't have the right installer
it could become bumpy, it could become
fluffy, it could become a lot of all
that situation. So we got to do it
right.

[music]
>> Ladies and gentlemen, this is my
assistant Haim. Haim came all the way
from Miami and he's making fresh
cocktails on [music] the spot. And not
only is it the cocktails actually good
quality and great bartenders and great
service, but take a look at the
customization and the personal touch.
Take a look at this drink. This is the
way we do it.
>> [music]
>> Ladies and gentlemen, I'm glad you think
that I've been doing events for the last
who knows how long. This is one big
scam. I've been sitting 18 hours [music]
a day and starting
starting hard from morning till night
and today is my graduation.
The client put in the beach on the
invitation on the marketing material.
You think building a beach is easy? I'm
like, "Listen up, guys. There's no other
choice. We got to bring them We got to
bring them to a beach." We were going to
build it, but thank god we found a place
that has a physical beach.
