Keep your head up. Sales is the most important thing.

hey guys what's going on my name is Beryl Solomon in case you don't know me I founded a company called wealthy commercials about a year ago produced commercials for medium-sized businesses I'm here in New York City right now doing a video shoot for a client called trout he's actually standing right there right behind me he's a really really cool guy he's a giant in the fashion industry this Jonathan he's he's filming right now here is Graham he's doing this thing also so pretty much what we're doing for this client is we are filming a corporate commercial for him we're sprucing up his brand he deals with huge companies for example a Saks Fifth Avenue right there behind me one of his clients Bloomingdale is one of his clients he has a consulting firm that helps these clients get get more integrated into the US more integrated into New York he helps he helps brands all over the world do all kinds of cool things anyways why I'm telling you this because it's a very sweet moment anytime that we're actually on set every time they were actually filming and shooting is a good time for me I absolutely love it well my cameras are running that means that the company is making money when my cameras are dead it means that we are not moving and the name of the game is really about getting the sales my job at the company is really simply to help clients and to get in touch with them and to make sure that we sell them on the dream you know I really do believe in what I do I really do believe that we provide an incredible value an incredible service for my clients I believe that today video is absolutely everything I think that if you're not if your company is not in video if it's not completely integrated with video and whatever it's doing I think that the company is gonna fall behind and I really mean this that I feel that when I don't sell the client I feel bad not for not for me but for them because I know and understand how important this is you know we Saturday we sat yesterday an accounting firm and they're looking to really go completely video in terms of all of their marketing in terms of all their internal communications that want to go completely video and it's and and and it's and it's the right thing it's the future video today is absolutely everything anyways you know it's it's sweet to be here on set I absolutely love working I love what I do I'll tell you what I don't like I don't like when required I don't like when we don't have sales I don't like when things are not moving and you know what when we're starting the business unfortunately that's the case sometimes you have really really great months and you have some months that are that are very quiet and then those quiet moments it's actually very scary it's important in those quiet moments though just to not give up you know to not give up and to not to not stop you know at work we're inish we're doing a shoot right now and there will come a point during the shoot where I will be on the phone in a small corner office in in Morty's office right behind me and I'm gonna be making phone calls I'm gonna be calling clients and building business just because I have this client today does not mean that we're gonna be busy tomorrow in the name of the game and my job is to keep the contracts coming in because when they don't come in it's scary you know what if you are thinking about starting a business or if you have started a business and you're going through a rough time man just hang in there because you keep on pushing if you keep on hustling you will make it when I first started this business I had absolutely no no no experience in shooting videos I had no experience in doing commercials I had no experience in in any of this stuff but it's something that I liked and it's something that I went forward towards and thank God today I'm seeing the results not as much as I would like to see don't get me wrong I really want to take this thing and I want to explode it I want to double triple quadruple multiply my business put an exponent to my business I feel that we're getting to a point now where the team is so tight that we could handle a ton ton ton more business but we have to build up to that it's all about the sales it's about building a quality product and it's about never giving up even when the back is against the wall even when it's tough even when there's no hope everybody's saying no everybody's against I at the end of the day in my heart and this thing right here in my heart I know and I believe in our product and I and I believe in what we do and because I believe in what I do I do not stop until I get the client to buy in I would never sell ice to an Eskimo I just wouldn't do it I only sell things that I believe and I believe in my product and I believe in my service and more importantly I believe in myself and I believe in God so thanks for watching everybody whatever you're doing do it would do a good you were great whatever you're doing if you're going through a tough time whether it's in school whether it's at work whether it's building your own business whether it's make your own nonprofit whether you're a single mother and you just got divorced and it seems like life is never going to get better but whatever it is just hang in there tomorrow's gonna be a better day I wake up every single day and I look into the mirror and I say to myself today is going to be a good day even by the way if there's no way in heaven that today is going to be a good day even when all the chips are stacked against me even when everything is saying that today is not going to be a good day and the future is not going to be bright and the future is not going to be friendly even on those days I look into the mirror and I say to
