years with a company called bitbean in lakewood great company wonderful people but we came to the conclusion that we're doing so much development that we need to have our very own in-house development team and about six months ago we've hired our first in-house developer and looking back now is one of the greatest moves we ever made we got so much accomplished and so much done right now one of the reasons we're having this massive fundraising campaign is because we want to build a team of about four or five uh high level developers to work in-house in torah anytime so that's something we're extremely excited about that's going to allow us to pump to pump out more upgrades more updates more enhancements more apps more websites any minute that a person could be on one of the tour anytime services in one less is one last minute they're somewhere else on the internet you know doing who knows what so that's very important to us as well because technology is not going away it's here to stay we're trying to make the absolute very best of it tournament time has gotten so busy that we had to double our staff and our uses has been tripled and we've been working out of a 400 square foot room and we can't work from there anymore we can't even breathe in there it's become so crowded there's so much going on as everything i mentioned in this video in order for touring time to grow to perspective when a khatsalah when the khasala organization needs a building in a certain town then someone steps up and gets his hosts to donate that building and everything that comes out of herself from that town is coming from there and you need a you need a kasala center and every town khatsal is in with torah anytime it's one worldwide headquarters for the entire world so whoever is going to have the tremendous to put their name on this building it is going to be something that's going to create them tremendous tremendous amount of saar for them and their family i know i've said a lot but
